The Drs here are awesome it took me a long time to find Drs I could trust but now I am going to seek out a new pediatrician for my children due to the office staff. Since the new year started I have been told seven times that I would have to take my children to the urgent care center in Henry Ford Wyandotte because they were booked. Problem is HF Wyandotte doesnt have an urgent care they have an express care but you pay the same fees you would for an Emergency visit it is costly. I have spent 2600 since December 2010 on these express visits. I called yesterday because my nine month old daughter started screaming incessantly and was acting like she was trying to pass a bowel movement. Perhaps I overreacted calling the Peds office but I needed some advice and what I got was attitude and heartlessness. The office manager answered and began to question me why I waited till the last minute to call because they were finishing up for the day. I dont know how many peoples kids get sick when its convenient but mine dont I actually have no control over when they get sick. She than proceeded to give me her medical advice and I dont think she is even a nurse so now I think the time has come to seek a new pediatrician for my kids. What is the point in having great Drs if you can never get in to see them. As to the wait times here they are bad once I waited for four hours because the receptionist crossed our names off the sheet an forgot to pull our chart so I sat in the lobby with a very sick baby for four hours before they realized that a mistake had been made.

Rude Office Manager. We just switched to this practice a couple of months ago. And we really loved Dr.Wiley. She was wonderful! However, today February 7th 2011 - I had a awful encounter with the super rude office manager, filing a complaint with the Doctor/Nurse regarding her unprofessional comments, no compassion, no heart! Awaiting a call back, so we will see, if I stay or go, depending on how they deal with the situation. From reading on here, it sounds like great Doctors, but rude front desk people...

VERY RUDE RECEPTIONIST!!!! called to schedule an appointment fojr my son for a serious matter (blood in stool) she treated me like I was an idiot .... She was very cold and rude to me. Then tells me she will try to get him an appointment in a few weeks . Are you serious ??? Just recently switched there. I like the doctors, but this receptionist is really giving them a bad Rep . I will not return to this office !

I went to make an appointment as a new patient. I called earlier in the fall. I was told to call back if the kids got sick. Thats what I did. I had been giving several great recommendations, what I received was completely opposite. The receptionist was rude, disrespectful,and not helpful!!! She had no compassion!! I will not return unless things change...
