My mom had surgery done by this doctor. He did very good job on her knee. But I try to make an appointments after year to check and get a note for her work. First I called to make an appointments they said they cant see her because she has no show twice so they has to ask there supervisor to see if they can see her, I thought they will give me another chance to make her an appointment. First they did not call me back with answers, I called them after 4 days to ask if we are getting an appointment, she said oh I sorry we cannot schedule her appointment, you need find orthopedic. Will they got money so they dont care about now...

Absolutely the worst billing policies I have ever encountered. Despite how good your insurance coverage is, if you have a high deductible, they charge you a deposit on top of your copay. They dont tell you upfront when & how it will be refunded, they make YOU do the legwork to recover it! Then when the insurance claim is filed (if they can manage to do that without screwing up, as mine had to be adjusted), the evasive attitude REALLY kicks in. As for the staff, well, if you like being treated like a prison inmate whos being processed, then maybe this is the place for you.

Waited for an hour today then someone came in and said the doctor was stuck in surgery and would be a bit longer. Why do they make appointments while the doctors are scheduled for surgery??? I might not be a doctor but my time is valuable to.

All of the doctors and staff are very friendly the wait in the waiting room is never long the x-ray tech Karen is very sweet love Dr. Oddo he has been a godsend to me the doctors actually listen to you and take their time.
