While Dr. Sack is a very phenomenal doctor, it is almost a shame because his office wait is RIDICULOUS. Even with him being such a great doctor, it does not make the wait worth it, unfortunately. My appointment was scheduled for 3:30pm. I arrived at 3:15. Around 4:15 I went to the front desk and asked how much longer it would be. I was told "unfortunately, at least another hour. If you leave your cell phone number, we will call you when we are ready." I did just that and went and bought a coffee. I came back around 4:50, hoping it would be my turn. Nothing. I waited until 5:15.... was told there were still 3 people ahead of me. FINALLY, at 6:15, they called me back. I then waited in the exam room for 15 minutes until I saw Dr. Sack at 6:30... THREE HOURS after my appointment time. He was a great doctor and I enjoyed working with him. When he asked to see me in 2 weeks, I said I will come back if I dont have to wait 3 hours to see you. His reply: "Unfortunately, the wait is always 2 - 4 hours. Try to come in the morning. Although I do have morning meetings which sometimes makes me run late." I checked out and asked to make an appointment in the morning and was then informed they are booked in the mornings until end of the following month. So I took the same time appointment just knowing I wouldnt be back. Dr. Sack must be taking 50+ patients a day and making them wait insane wait times when realistically, he should be taking 3-4 patients MAX.

I came to Dr. Sack miserable, on 22 prescription medications due to a rather extensive list of ailments. Dr. Sack did what no other Dr. in my life had been able to do. He was able to bring me down to one (YES! JUST 1!) everyday prescription for management of everything! And, each time I went in with a new problem, he was able to diagnose instantly with exactness Id never experienced in my life. In recent time, he brought on an assistant who knows her stuff just about as well as he! When shes hot a question, she consults him quickly. So, for everyone who whines about waiting 2+ hours to see this incredible Dr, just make an appointment with her! His office is a teaching facility, which he makes quite clear. The wait is long, which he does not hide. He takes as much time with each patient as necessary. Take a book and be ready to receive top notch medical care! In the four years I was a patient (I moved about an hour away, so I had to change my PCP), I had not a single negative experience with him nor anyone on his staff. You get what you pay for. And, we may invest a lot of time waiting in the office, but it was among the best investments I have made in my life!

Today marks the second time that I have sat for over 1.5hr in an empty exam room without any further updates as to when the doctor would be in to see me for a simple, routine 5-minute medication refill visit. The first time I came here was for a checkup on my Tourettes Syndrome, in which Dr. Sack entered the room with two medical students and began asking me very personal questions about my health without first asking my permission for the two students to attend. This was EXTREMELY awkward and very unprofessional. I was charged over $100 for the 3 minutes (yes, I timed it) that was spent glancing over my medical history, and I was sent off with a prescription over 3.5 hours after my initially-scheduled appointment time. The office is downright filthy - the toilet had feces on the bottom of the seat when I went to use the bathroom, and the exam room today reeked of vomit that was poorly cleaned-up prior to me entering. This is hands-down the most unacceptable medical practice I have ever seen in my life. I will be going elsewhere today, and I would advise anyone to do the same.

I sat in the waiting room for an hour and then in the exam room for a half hour without even seeing the doctor. My appointment was at 4 and I didnt see anyone till after 5:30 and then only an intern came in to ask questions to kill time so I ended up leaving withouth seeing the doc. Yeah Sometimes doctors have wait times, but thats also why we make appointments. If you cant come within a resonable time ( 1.5 hours in my case) of your clients time then maybe you need better time management or need to hire another physician for your practice. If you dont value your time at all then youll love this doc.

Ive only had one appointment with him, but its already been wonderful. I had an earlier appointment set but the wait was taking too long as I had to make it to school so I didnt miss any notes. But we set up a whole plan to fix the big list of bad medications my last doctor put me on. And honestly, Ive never been more excited and motivated to do it. Hes truly a great doctor. Just know youre going to have a long wait. I have to try to make appointments on days I know we wont be taking notes in class. But, his staff could be a little more friendly. Because of them and the long wait, Im taking off a star.

I have seen Dr. Sack for the past 9 years. The best Dr. You can find. Its so worth the wait. Bring a book bring your laptotop whatever. I have never ever had an issue with the staff. The girls are wonderfull all of them. Audrey at the front desk is so nice and the girls that work in the back are experts at blood draws and I am not with good veins. I owe it to Dr. Sack that my life is so is great now. He straighten out my meds and he has gotten me through so many tough times Anxiety/depression. He is also a very compassionate caring Doctor. Highly recommend!!! ---Jill Hysolli----

I have been a patient of Dr. sack for nearly 20 years and he is, without a doubt the very best Doctor I have ever come across. I have read the negative remarks concerning the long wait in his office but it also is important to note that conversely while sitting in the waiting room, many of his patients and I have said that while driving long distances to see Dr Sack, he is worth every mile to get to his office and the wait in his waiting room is simply a minor inconvenience to see such a fine, brilliant Doctor as Doctor Sack is.

If I could give this place a half of star, I would. I have only visited this office once and thats all I needed to know that Ill never be going back. Dr.Sack is a great DR and very kind. But his waiting staff is extremely rude and the wait time is unreal! I felt like I was waiting to ride a grand opening ride at cedar point on a Saturday! They said hour to hour and a half but nope... 3.5 HOURS LATER!!! Then they send my script over to a pharmacy that doesnt have the mess until 10 days later. Honestly a horrible ran facility
