Absolutely the most unprofessional doctors office I have ever dealt with! The girls that answer the phones are rude as hell. It often takes 10-20 minutes to get them to pick up the phone yet when Im there the three girls are talking and showing each other stuff on their phones as they are giggling. Then Dr. Clark, a black lady with nasty looking dread locks down to the middle of her back walks in with a total attitude like she was bothered to be there right of the bat. Her questions were not spicific (such as, "How long have you been having this problem") and when I tried to answer her she would rudely interrupt me telling me that she means "this episode" and not overall as in the past few years. Then proceeds to talk to me and treat me like I was stupid for not knowing. Nearly every time that I tried to tell her about my symptoms she would interrupt me. Before I could even tell her all of my symptoms she was walking out the door. At that point I stopped her and told her that was very unprofessional and that I wanted to talk to Dr. Brateman. She replied, "no, I did the exam, Ill be taking care of you." At that point I stood up and said "dont bother!" grabbed my stuff and walked out as she was shouted that I would still be charged for the visit. WOW

Dr. Brateman is a very thorough and well conversed doctor. Honestly, he reminds me a lot of Eugene Levy from American Pie looks-wise and his matter of factness and mannerisms. Key to working with him is be willing to talk about what your problems, goals, needs, etc. are. He is very thorough with his physicals. You ask him what hes doing, he tells you. Example, he take your blood pressure after the nurses and takes a reading on both arms. Hell explain to you why. He will inform you this is due to the thoroughness of the medical program training at Indiana University and he was taught to check both. Office staff jobs are tough. So the staff is very direct and they expect you to know what you are asking for. The nurses are also very nice and professional.

I just gave them 1 start to be able to do a review , they deserve 0 start. I went twice last year and both experiences were terrible, never been in an so unprofessional Dr. Office, the employees were rude and nasty. Now I just received a letter from a collection agency from dr. Brateman, for $615.00 how wonderful and I had never received a letter or call from them saying that I own this money and they send me to the collection office, thanks Dr. BRATEMAN for ruin my credit! !!!

The office people are rude. There is a new Dr. (Dr. Clark) and she is as nasty as they come. She acts like she is doing you a favor. I thought it might just be me, but it seems not per the below review. She put her need to be a big shot ahead of my health concerns. I will never go back there as long as I live. Dr. Bullach was a great Dr., but now that he is gone there is no reason to go(even if they were giving out free lunches).

Drs Brateman and Mondrasova have been my drs for many, many years. They are wonderful, caring doctors and truly committed to their patients care. They are intelligent, courteous, professional, and responsive to the needs of their patients. I highly recommend them to all of my family and friends.

Easy to get an appointment. Spends an adequate amount of time with each patient. He is great with children and older patients alike. Provides a thorough exam and and accurate diagnosis. I would recommend Dr. Brateman to anyone.

Dr. Brateman runs a great primary care - family care doctors office. He works with two other good physicians, has a friendly staff and a nice office. I highly recommend this doctors office for your primary care.

Dr. Brateman is great. Very professional and knowledgeable. The office staff are terrible as is at least one of the other doctors there, which makes for a less enjoyable experience.

Dr. Brateman, Dr. Bullock, and Dr. Mondrusova are all wonderful doctors and the nurses have been fabulous. HOWEVER, the office staff is VERY rude and offensive.
