Dr Elias use to be a great Dr, my while family went to him for 20+ years. He use to spend time with you and understand your problems, however... He switched offices to his current location and now the office and Dr Elias are horrible! First off, the office is rude! Extremely rude when ever you need help. Second, I just had a incident where I ran out of my meds and they took over a week to fill them even rho I called every day and told them I was out and I was sorry I didnt call sooner. Third, if you need an appt you better plan to be their for 3 hours or more. I usually am the first appt in the morning and I still wait an hour or longer and if you have an afternoon appt bring a book, it could be awhile! One time I got their, waited 30 min or so past my appt time- they took me to a room where I waited another 30 min and as I was looking out the window I saw Dr. Elias just pull in! No one said hey he running late or anything. So then I hear him come in and he starts talking to his office about sports so Im waiting their and its now over and hour past my appt and he comes in, never said sorry or anything. And on tip if all that he didnt know why I was their and when I told him he didnt address the issue. He said he wanted to get my labs drawn first, but never came back to the room! Dont go here

Helpful and informative in the beginning, changed to quite the opposite later. He repeatedly talked over me, made incorrect assumptions of what I was ABOUT to say, became visibly and audibly upset when I corrected his wrong assumptions. I gave it another chance, knowing we all have bad days, but this strange, un-doctorly, verbally aggressive behavior continued, so I switched to a different doctor. My husband continued seeing Elias, despite experiencing the same issues, simply because he didnt want to have to find another, new doctor. However, it became intolerable for my husband as well just a few months later when Elias (out of carelessness or ego?) changed their agreed-upon/established (checkup/prescription) protocol two days prior to the prescription end date, causing my husband to be unable to get an appointment so soon (one was already scheduled as per protocol, for a month later), and therefore unable to get his much needed medication. Clearly, Elias is NOT concerned about the patient as much as he is concerned about his own seemingly delicate ego.

Amazing doctor been thru many doctors and by far most caring knowledgeable doesnt get better then Dr George Elise .Colleen is great person very understanding kind between Elise and Colleen it doesnt get any better!
