I have been going here for years and I prefer them over anywhere else. One time i went to another eye doctor bc my insurance no longer allowed me to go here and I got an eye infection right after that exam. I will not go anywhere else. However, cost of contacts here is full retail price and you can buy them cheaper online. Plus, their hours where they have a doctor in can be limited and it can be hard to get in at times. I think its kind of a waste that they are opened on days where an eye doctor isnt even present. Overall, I would definitely recommend.

Rude customer service and inflexible staff. Unwilling to even listen to reasonable requests. Came in for an eye exam got prescription and now they are unwilling to provide contacts that are covered with my insurance heritage visionml. Said that I would have to do an additional eye fitting even though I wore contacts for over 5 years and already have a prescription. Terrible service will take my business elsewhere.

Their customer service is atrocious!! Rude, persnickety and lack of empathy are words best chosen to describe the staff!! I will NEVER visit this establishment again!!!! The Doctor was great, but, not good enough to outweigh the horrendous customer service!!! I refused to purchase frames/lenses from there, they definitely lost a customer!!!

It is easy to make an appointment but the available hours of the eye doctors make it difficult to work into my schedule. The reception staff was pleasant on my initial visit.
