Made my appointment, came in for the eye exam - less then 5 minutes after filling out my new patient paperwork the doctor called me in. The entire staff was polite and NOT pushy at all. They simply asked what kind of lenses I wanted - good or bad really - good if you know exactly what you want; bad if youre not sure whats available. But it was good for me. Ive had similar bad experiences with other offices in the area; but this was a new office for me and a good 1st impression.

I went there with my 84yr old grandmother. She is generally very pleasant and expresses mild humor. The doctor was dry to the point of rudeness. It was near the end of the day and so I gave him some leniency However, mom was trying very hard to follow his directives and he was robotic and cold. I also work in the health field. Bedside manner is important! He should learn some even though hes not in a hospital setting. He was informative from a ocular perspective

Today was my first time going to SVS and I had a pleasant appointment. The office staff seams to get overwhelmed easily, and they need food when they are hungry, but I feel like that is normal. I did encounter a couple blunt and seemingly burnt out employees, but they were not the ones that assisted me.

I agree with the person who said the doctor wasnt very personable. Kind of like hes doing his job but dont really like it. He wasnt rude, but not friendly either. Would of gave them another star for this reason. The girl who service my husband and I was very nice and helpful. So I was happy with her.

I had a terrible experience with SVS in Livonia. I bought a expensive glasses there, and then after wait for seven days. They said that I have to wait seven more days because their lab had broke my lens. When I requested my frame back I had to wait 4 more days. NEVER AGAIN!

Had an appointment TODAY. Stood at the counter for 10 minutes waiting to check in, none of the 3 other people working there even said be with you in a few, thats including the MANAGER. Cancelled my appointment just because of the nonexistent customer service!!

Excellent customer service! I called in looking to get my glasses fixed, they didnt have the capability to fix them and Tom kindly took it upon himself to find a place that performs laser welding. I highly recommend SVS Vision.

They were all very kind and helpful. Made sure they took all the hassle out of getting our insurance correct and ready for our appointments. My husband, daughter as well as myself get our glasses from here.

Rude office staff more concerned with blaming others than solving problems or providing customer service. Do yourself a favor and drive a few extra miles to another office!
