I went to her clinic on my 1st pregnancy, Mary Ann Annas was my midwife and she was awesome. The 2nd time I was pregnant I went back to them, on my first and last appointment, I received bad news about my baby. That was not the problem at all, the problem was that they had me in the waiting room for over an hour. When I finally went in, they did the first check up, I was sent for an ultrasound to the other side of the clinic, I waited for more than 30 mins, was taken in, and told me something was wrong with my baby, to go to the waiting room and wait for the Dr to go back to me, I was right next to the receptionist and even like that, they forgot i was there, after a long time of waiting, I noticed the employees were getting that jackets and started leaving, so after a while I asked when was i going to see the Dr again, they had no idea I was there, the Dr finally came after a while, with her purse in hand and jacket on, told me I was most likely looking my baby and went home. Needles to say I never went back. This happened back in December.

I had an honestly traumatic time with this gyencology practice and will never be going back. Besides the TWO HOUR wait time, I felt that my gynecologist, Dr. Abby Nowakowski, was very dismissive of my concerns and complaints. I explained to her that this was my *very first* time having a gynecological exam, and after promising to be gentle with me, she proceeded to insert the speculum without lubrication of any kind. I began to cry from pain, which eventually evolved out of crying out of loneliness because I was alone in the exam room, which then became an anxiety attack because I could not make myself stop crying. The entire time I lay on her table crying and hyperventilating, she continued the exam, apparently not noticing the amount of distress I was in. I left my very first gynecological exam not only in physical pain from the exam itself, but feeling small, ignored, and invalidated.

I am actually disappointed with the service. I understand that the clinic is expanding but i havent had one consistent doctor and it is making me very uncomfortable. I started out with Dr. Fakih then was seen by a midwife for reasons unknown then by the new male doctor that i am pretty sure was timid when it came to touching the patients. Now from my past experience it was known for doctors to check your cervix the last couple of weeks in pregnacy. But that was not done at all but he did let me know that they would do that in the hospital when i going through labor. I have other children thats not how it was with them.... I dont recommend this place for anyone because i feel tossed around. But on a positive note the front desk clerks are awesome

I was very pleased with my first visit to Dr. Fakhis office. Short wait time in the lobby. The clinical and clerical staff were very kind. Dr. Fakhi is thorough yet efficient. She takes time to listen and to ask important questions. They are also the first office I have been to that implimented a patient/doctor portal website. No more waiting anxiously for your results.. Instead, an email is sent to notify you that your results are in within 7-10 days. The woman who helped me check out at the front desk was very friendly and helped walk me through/register me to the very user friendly portal. I left this annual OBG appointment feeling very good! Way to go!

When i first started going it was awesome dr. F was and is awesome most of the staff are amazing except one girl who laughed at me when i told her what my meds said she asked what website did i get that info from...well not so bright girl i literally just read it and she told me um no. Really? She needs to go back to school and dr Abby well i think she dont really like her job. Please dont ever say you know how someone feels if in fact you do not. So thumbs up to the majority of the fakih clan.

Dr Mona F is thee best I dont want any other doctor I actually searched for her again after some years because I prefer to stay with her, as long as she is a OBGYN after meeting her and her caring for me during my pregnancy shes so awesome and her staff also

She is the worst doctor that i ever seen she didnt clean my wife uterus after delivery then my wife got infected she stayed almost 2 weeks at the hospital then she end up doing curettage (D&C) surgery and now Im taking her to court
