I HAD to come back to correct my first review because that was my outlook on her from seeing her one time. Let me start off by saying this whole in the wall office and the one person staff that works for this doctor needs to be shut down. Dr Reaves is good at listening and showing you that she care, but deep down I feel like she couldnt care less. I saw her ONE time and was treated for BV. Weeks later I felt symptomatic, called her office to get ahold of her only receptionist ( whom always sounds uninterested) whom reassured me that she would relay my urgent message to the doctor. That was weeks before Thanksgiving. After calling just this past week, the uninterested receptionist who is also her medical assistant ( very hard to tell, C.M.As dont wear regular clothes to work) advised me again that I would get a call back from Dr. Reaves. So if I was an idiot I would continue to follow up with Dr. Reaves. This just goes to show REVIEWS on line are not always right. I wanted to support this practice because its affiliated with DMC. This office is nowhere near my home, so that also goes to show, just because you drive across the universe doesnt mean youll get the medical attention your entitled to. I gave her one star because I cant post unless she gets a star. 0stars Oh and I was the last patient of the day and still waited 30 mins in the waiting room to get called back and another 30 in the exam room waiting for Pamela to come in.

This has been my worst experience with a doctors office to date. I have attempted twice to see Dr. Reaves to obtain birth control. On the first attempt, I waited over an hour and still had not been seen. I had to leave. Now, I have made a second attempt and not only did I wait an hour without being seen but her medical assistant is VERY rude. I called about a week previous to the appointment so say that I wanted an IUD. I was told my appointment would be a week out so that they can order the IUD. When I get to the office the rude medical assistant first tries to charge me $40 my only $20 copay but also states that they still have yet to order my IUD. Apparently the doctor had to see me first which would have been fine if I would have been notified. I had to leave work early to get absolutely nothing accomplished for the SECOND time. Having to deal with the eye rolling and attitude of her medical assistant did not help either. I will never attempt to see Dr. Reaves again.

Never will attend this place again. I arrived to my appointment on time and was called back in a timely matter. However, that is where it stopped. I was asked to get undressed and to put on that paper grown, it was freezing in the room. Dr. Reeves had me waiting a whole hour and still never came to see me. Finally, I had enough and decided to walk out. Her assistant assured me that Dr. Reaves was coming, but I refused to wait any longer. She never gave me a curiosity call to apologize. I will never go back to her again.

Dr. Reaves is so compassionate, imformative and kind. In my opinion how every doctor should be...she truly cares for her patients and their well being. She delivered my first born and now i look forward to her delivering my new baby. Best Doc ever!!
