I so far have had a horrible experience with Doctor Mousaa medical team, however my visits wit Doctor Mousa himself have been for the most part good, I think it is simply lack of communication . I was diagnosed with a large ovarian cyst, a little over 8cm. I met with him over a week ago and he told me the ovaries need to come out...I called the office on 11-10 and spoke with his assistant Melody. I told her I was in excruciating pain and was seen at the ER in Columbus because of my pain and they found another cyst 4cm that was hemorrahging inside. I told her I was depressed with the pain and just wanted to schedule my surgery as Doctor Mousa cancelled the original surgery date if December 30th for unknown reasons. I explained that the pain was so bad all I could do is lay on a heating pad and was crying on the phone. ..she said as she said the day before, let me talk to Doctor Mousa and I will call you back. ..I them said "please dont forget me. Promise me you wont forget me" she said I promise, but it will be at the end of the day. Here I sit in misery still waiting for a phone call at 7p on a Friday night while they are with there families. I feel so neglected in every aspect. What doctor doesnt respond to a patient in so much pain that shes depressed?????

Horrible experience. He gave me a prescription and then I went to fill it and it needed a prior authorization and his receptionist didnt authorize it on Thursday or Friday so went all weekend without my medicine and then I called on Monday and they said they would take care of it that day. I even left them the fax number to where to send my paperwork. They never sent it or took care of it. Needless to say I never received the medicine I needed. Not so much his fault but his receptionist on top of that I had to pay for the doctor visits and was told that I would be able to come back two weeks later before I drove an hour to get there and he wouldnt let me come back 2 week later when I was paid but insisted I come back a week later even though I wouldnt have the money till another week. Doesnt truly care about patients. Now I am supposed to come back a week later to tell him how the medicine is working but I never received it bc his office never authorized my insurance company so I could. Just money hungry wont work with sick patients and doesnt care if you go without your medicine. Dont go to this doctor.

Mousa. I wouldnt see anybody else because Ive always had positive experiences with him. I was hesitant to have a male doctor but he is very professional and kind and easy to feel comfortable around. The wait time can be a bit long sometimes but he he sees all of his patients personally and makes sure that every time hes in there he spends time with you one-on-one and doesnt make you feel rushed. hes willing to listen to your problems and work with you to find solutions whether its too help with pregnancy pain suggestions for best ways to deliver weight gain weight loss etc. hes an amazing Dr and I really wouldnt ever see anybody else but him. Personally of course.

I was referred to Dr. Mousa, by a women I go to church with. She was so right. Dr. Mousa. Valerie and the whole nursing and office staff, made my husband and I feel at ease and at home. He is the sweetest OB/GYN ever, and sat us down, for quite a long discussion, and even listened to our concerns and addressed our questions-one by one! What Dr. does this anymore! He prays for guidance from the Lord and , I believe, in part, this is why I did not have to have a needless surgery. I feel confident that I am in the best of hands regarding my future in the female health area. Tanya and Rick Coutts

Are these people on crack? Hes horrible. If you post on fb that you see him, you will see people comment hes horrible. I switched and my new doctor asked who was my Dr before, i told him mousa, he chuckled and rolled his eyes. This Dr cares less and cant stick to his story. His receptionists are rude over the phone and LOVE to interrupt with attitude. Ive been waiting 2 months for my charts to be switched and nothing! Im 38 weeks pregnant! You are by far the worst obgyn Ive ever encountered.

I love Dr. Mousa! He treated my cervical cancer and made a horrible situation better. He treated me like a person the entire time and made sure that I understood all of my options. I felt like I had someone in my corner and his staff were incredibly friendly as well.

Terrible doctor. Will not be returning. Doesnt care about his patients. Money hungry. Wants to see me every week and then asks me why Im there. Talks over me. Doesnt help with nausea. Terrible time. Dont go.
