From my experience with Dr Shah, she doesnt care about her patients and the well being of their unborn child. I was 24 weeks pregnant when I went into labor with my son. I went into labor because I had an bacterial infection. I told Dr. Shah about the nasty smell that I had noticed and she refused to check me...The day of my appointment my boyfriend told her numerous amounts of times that I thought something was wrong. She had a c-sectioned scheduled for the day after so it was like she "shooed" me away by saying that a womens vagina is more moist when theyre pregnant because its has to widen up in preparation for delivery. I even had my mother call the next day to have her do some ACTUAL TESTING to see what was wrong with me...She called me in. Her office was packed with women. When i finally got back in the room she gave me the shortest pap smear I have ever had in my life. it was all of 10 seconds and she did NO lab work.She told me im OK and prescribed me some MONISTATE and told me i should be fine. ONE month later to the day, I went into premature labor. I was rushed to the hospital, and Dr. Shah would NOT come see me. She told the nurses to transfer me to another hospital. My white blood cell count was so HIGH that I had to have an emergency classical c-section and I almost died.The doctor that delivered my child told me he didnt have long to live if I wouldnt have went into labor and neither did I. He told me had I not went into labor I would have only lived for about 2 weeks. IF Dr. Shah would have cared more about me and my childs well being...she would have ran every single test to make sure that what I was saying wasnt just my IMAGINATION. Had she ran the test she would have seen that i had an bacterial infection and she could have gave me some antibiotics and I would have went full term. BUT she was too busy that day to care about me and my son. My child suffered a HYPOXIC ISHCEMIC INJURY to a aera around his brain stem. He has HYPOTNIA all over and he suffers today. My child has never had a chance to have a meal BY MOUTH, walk, run, jump, or anything else a normal three year old has the opporunities to do. We are fortunate enough that he is developing, he is bright, he is smart, and he is a wonderful little boy, BUT Dr. Shah DID NOT give me and my child a far shot at a normal life, and while she gets to go home and live a normal life everyday, me and my family have to deal with these consequences everyday of what her NEGLIGENCE has caused my son.

Dr. Shah is an amazing doctor. I was traveling to China with my husband and recently returned with a lot of morning sickness, low grade fever and diarrhea. I also had some spotting. I was really nervous, because I thought I picked up something abroad. I went to see Dr. Shah and she did a thorough history. Her office staff were so sweet. I was scared, because I never felt this way before. Her office is very clean. When I waited to see Dr. Shah, the staff took me to the spa side and gave me a free moisturizing treatment on my face. It was amazing! I felt like I went to a spa day at my obgyn office. Dr. Shah was so nice and experienced. After doing a good history, she decided to run a pregnancy test. My cycles were messed up because of all the travelling and I couldnt remember the last time I had my period. Dr. Shah assured me that everything will be okay. I wasnt able to see my doctor for a while, because I was out of the country. I found out I was pregnant! I was so happy. Dr. Shah prescribed me some pre-natal vitamins and I stayed with her throughout my whole pregnancy. Her staff was so helpful. It was my first time having a baby, so I had lots of questions. Later on, I found out that I was having twins!!!! Eeekkk!!! lol! OMG! I thought I was dreaming at first. After a few weeks of digesting the information and going to some parenting classes Dr. Shah recommended, I felt so much better. I also went next door to their spa and had some prenatal massages. They are so relaxing!!!!!!!! So my pregnancy went on and I had two beautiful twin boys!!! I am happy as can be. My husband and I would like to have one more...hoping for a girl and will definitely use Dr. Shah. Being a first time mother has been a terrifying journey, but Dr. Shah has been so kind and helpful throughout the whole process. She is definitely the best OB GYN in this area.

The wait time is ridiculous. I would wait almost two hours with an appointment to be seen. The receptionist is a little rude. The doctor however is not bad. I went another clinic and had health issues only to be prescribed medication with no type of tests done, I was running around trying to figure out whats wrong. Finally after seeing this doctor she ran tests on me and find out I had a health condition. She runs tests and tries to help you as she can however I think its a little ridiculous to get charged for a copay again when its for results and its a week later. Because Doctor shah did a good job diagnosing and help me get better I do think it is worth the wait

I have been to see Dr. Shah in both of her clinics. One as a patient in the GYN area and also in the spa area. She always takes the time to listen and explains things in great detail. I find her to be very caring and compassionate. She is the only one I will trust to administer Botox. She takes her time and only give you what you need. Does not try to oversell you!

my experience with this facility was awesome..dr.shah is the absolute best doctor in this field i have encountered. she knows her job well and helped me tremendously..without her i dont know what i would have done. thank you Dr.Shah, I think as a GYN she is the best and i trust her absolutely!!!!!!

Horrible experience. I will never come back. My appointment was at 11am and they took me back at 11:30a. They had me waiting until noon. I had to go look for someone to see what was going on. I have never had to wait one hour before!!

If I could I would give zero stars. Worst service from the doctor and nurses. Very unprofessional and the doctor didnt even want to listen to our request or my wifes concerns. Highly recommend you go elsewhere.

Receptionist is extremely rude . She is the reason alot of people dont come back . When you come you have to wait atleast 2 hours to be seen which is already not okay when you have a appointment .
