My wife went in for an eye exame. She did not find a frame that she liked so asked for a neeed measurement called PD in case she orders the frames somewhere else. a young man associate at the store that she was dealing with REFUSED to provide the measurement despite the fact that exam was fully paid. More importantly, she was treated very poorly and with great disrespect. He blamed it on the a "COMPANY POLICY" but I found later on that this was a policy put in place by the local store manager, I assume to prevent people from getting their anywhere else after the exam. My wife left the store all shoke up and ery upset and the associate did not care what so ever. I do not recommend this store or dealing with this associate.

Ordered contacts and was told they would be in 3-5 days after the order. Never got ordered until I called to check a week later. Said they would call me back to let me know the status in 20-30 minutes which was never done. When I followed up the next day the associate told me they had been ordered yesterday and nothing more could be done to rush ship them to me. Which forced me to wear my contacts an extra two weeks after they were already old and worn out. What a joke.

I sent my wife in with my glasss that the nose piece had fallen off. They cleaned my glasss, replaced both nose pieces and tighten up my screws all while she waited. That was free! Great customer care. Very nice and very friendly. Would go back and send my friends there.

The doctor made me feel very comfortable and you could tell she was very knowledgeable! The rest of the staff members were patient and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place!
