This is an AMAZING office. The doctor was so friendly and extremely patient. I have seen multiple eye drs for my children, and was never impressed. Today though the Dr was awesome, he got a good reading on my son, thoroughly explained everything to my son and me, and was pretty fast, but never rushed. The office staff was also just as amazing as the dr. They are so, so, so helpful. They have some extremely cute, name brand glasses. Some of their glasses have two year warranties. They really work with you on price too, I honestly felt they did everything to give me the best price possible on the glasses. I went to them from a recommendation of my sister who was extremely pleased because they honestly stand behind their warranty - she swears by them says they are great. If you want a place that really cares, and does an all around awesome job go here - you will not be disappointed. I really can not say enough good things about this place.

I had to come in to make an appointment for my three kids because they do not allow you to schedule over the phone which I thought was so ridiculous . So when it came to the day of the appointment I had to reschedule because I got stuck at work. So when I called to cancel and reschedule she told me that you have to come in with their insurance cards to reschedule they do not reschedule over the phone. I guess thats there policy but it is ridiculous and for that I will never go again or refer anyone to this place of business. The bad part is this is where I have been before several times, my sister goes there and my client there as well. Im going to make sure none of them return. I dont know what happened to this company but they suck and the receptionist are not friendly.

Lived in Waterford for over twenty years and, until a week ago, had never been to Lynn Optical. This is the best place to go for optical needs. The staff there is super friendly and will go to all measures to make sure you are happy with their services and your purchase. Im so happy I decided to go there for my new glasses. They even insisted on checking to see if my medical insurance would cover optical even though I though it didnt, I was wrong. Even without insurance they offer some pretty good deals if you need glasses. From now on this is the only place my family and I will go to for vision needs.

Have been going to lynn and mall optical for about 4 years and until today I never had an issue. Came in with my mother today staff was very rude and unprofessional including the phone conversation I had with Kim also when I came in to make the appointment overheard staff talking about the phone conversation very unprofessional and also violating HIPPA but staff didnt know Im an optician also so I know about HIPPA and state laws and good customer service which they didnt deliver today so they just lost a regular customer.

All the ladies in the office are very nice and pleasant! Ive been going to this location for years!! Doctor is very sweet! Sometimes we are quick to write a bad review and barely take out the time to write something nice especially if our visits have always been great, but that ONE bad experience shouldnt out do all the years of great customer service. Just saying!

Made my daughters appt a week ago, came to the appt to find out that they had canceled it !!! Told me that they had called me when I Did Not receive no cancelation call !!!!!!!! The receptionist Does Not have no customer service skills. She was Very Rude and I would Not go again nor recommend
