I had an appointment 06/16/2017 That wasnt bad. I order glasses and they said about two weeks but I got to pick them up 06/22/2017 or thought I could. My Rx for my lenses were completely wrong and Jennifer said that it was her mistake and they would get them in as soon as possible. I called today 06/29/2017 and guess what they dont have my lenses said the estimated time would be 07/03/2017??? I guess that what they call soon as possible. Who wouldnt be upset about this? I just want my money back but of course no refunds THANKS SO MUCH JENNIFER! Still waiting on a call from her boss but she did call back and now my lenses will be there tomorrow 6/30/2017 What a headache!

I will never step foot in the Meijer Optical in Lapeer. The girl scanned my card for glasses, claimed I didnt have the money to pay for the glasses. Embarrassed me in front of other customers and on top of that, Meijer had a hold on over $300 for a week while I complained to the corporate office and the supervisor of the optical department. At no time did they take responsibility for their actions. I can forgive a mistake, but not blatant incompetence. I wish I could give them less then one star. Oh, on a side note, they charge you for insurance without bothering to mention it!

Great staff! And excellent and patient doctor. Knowledgable staff. Ignore previous reviewer. These peope are patient, tolerant, and saved me close to 400 dollars.
