Called to make an appointment for contacts so they scheduled an exam. The place was completely desolate when I arrived. No questions were asked if I was interested in glasses or contacts. So I met the doctor and he performed the exam. No issues at all. When the exam was over, I ask the receptionist if I owe anything and now that I have my prescription how do I go about ordering contacts. She advised I needed ANOTHER EXAM!!!! One for contacts!! And get this after months went by, I get a bill for the exam. I have the best vision insurance and Im in their network. How isnt a normal exam covered 100%? How nice of incompetence to waste my time. Im thinking this could have been avoided if they hired a competent receptionist and one that doesnt seem like she hates her life and everyone that interacts with her. Dont waste your time.

I have known Dr. John Fanning for over 20 years and there is no eye doctor like him. Even after relocation, I still go back to him because for me no eye doctor matches up to him. Very personable, humble, patient and knowledgeable. He has staff that will help you choose the eyeglasses that suits you and fits your budget. Dr. Fanning thanks for taking care of my eye needs and like you once said we will grow old together.
