While the exam netted lens that were perfect, The frames never were right, but what is worse is the fact that I never felt welcome here. Forced smiles, ( I never saw the Doctors smile at all) And it fit with his total "Bedside manner" That lacked Pleasantries. While I did get customer service, I felt like I was causing the place to go bankrupt or maybe causing someone to miss a smoke break. anyway, despite my attempt at making light of my being inconvenienced in the first place, the attitudes in this place made me know that I am ready to go across town, into Detroit if need be, to get my next exam. That I see very clearly. Im gonna choose to believe that this had nothing to do with skin color, noting all the many ethnic groups in this area. Wow! That would be bad.

This place is fantastic. The people are relaxed and funny. The doctor is knowledgeable and friendly. They take their time and make sure to get everything right. If you need adjustments or corrections those are all done quickly and I havent been charged for any of that. My whole family goes here now and they are especially good with kids. So happy!

Our family has been going to Dr. McGrath since we moved to Michigan in 1996. Hes always pleasant and very professional. My husband and 2 children like him as well.The staff is very friendly and courteous also. I highly recommend Farmington Vision Clinic and Dr. McGrath.
