I just visited for the first time yesterday evening and my overall experience with Dr. Kirk was incredibly positive! Being new to the area and not having visited the eye doctor in 3 years made me a bit nervous to go. Dr. Kirk took his time with my exam, answered all of the questions that I had about my eyes and what was going on with my vision, and he even went as far as showing me the pictures of my eyes that they took with the scanner and talked me through what he saw for my eye health! Even though I hate getting my eyes dilated, he was able to use a lower dosage on my eyes and the effects only lasted about an hour which is an incredible difference from what I experienced in the past. Another great thing that made me feel comfortable with him was that he reassured me that if my new glasses werent comfortable or if I wasnt seeing the results and improvements that I wanted, he would continue to work with me until I found what was right for me, even if it meant getting new lenses, etc. My nurse that I had was also very nice and everyone in the office was extremely helpful and well-informed about any questions that I had. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Kirk to anyone that is looking for a new eye doctor. Best experience I have had in any medical office in a very long time. Thank you, Dr. Kirk and team!! :)

Second I walk in the front desk clerk was rude from the get-go. As someone whos been in the business with dealing with people and a business owner myself, had any of my employees showed this kind of service and attitude, Id fire them on the spot. Unfortunately, due to my own fault, didnt get to check out their full services, they werent in my health care network. I apologized to them for not knowing which was welcomed by another rude/snippy comment of telling me this is why I shouldve checked before hand. To be quite honest, I wanted to walk out the first minute of my encounter there, glad I didnt have to give the place my business. Ill make sure to let my customers know that if they want to avoid rude service to avoid this place like the plague. I honestly dont like to leave reviews bad or good, but this place was so awful, I had to do it.

Saw Dr. Most for years and I always had a great experience. My wife and children also go there and the staff is always very friendly and professional. Their prices are great for the times we had to get new glasses and I cant say enough good things about them. We just recently moved away from Novi and hope to find a place that will treat us as good as Town & Country. Thank you to all of the staff there from the Scott family!

Definitely the best eye care around! Staff is always prompt, professional and friendly. Dr. Crissman-Head gives the most comprehensive exams Ive ever had and found a previously undiagnosed astigmatism. I can finally see better! Dr. Amy is wonderful with children too! A good selection of frames for adults and kids with personal attention to help with the look and fit. I highly recommend!
