Ive taken my Bostons to Faith Animal Care since it opened, and have been totally impressed with the professionalism, knowledge, and enthusiasm of Dr. Erica Faith. Shes clearly an animal *lover* par excellence, which to my mind is the most critical part of veterinary care: her sympathy for animals and their owner/caregivers is palpable. The prices here are reasonable and options always explained; shes a conservative vet who has absolutely No Interest in upcharge-ing you, unlike other area vets Ive encountered (and left!). Plus the after-care is tremendous: this is a vet who will go the extra mile: Ive seen her check in on parvo dogs incessantly, and engage/play with the other animals awaiting their owners return-- a joy to see. I met another vet who attended MSU College of Veterinary Medicine with her, and she told me that Dr. Faith has (her words) "a real gift for surgery", an intuitive skill and manual dexterity that cannot be taught and was acknowledged by her professors. On this recommendation Im going to continue to use Faith Animal Care with confidence that, should one of my dogs ever require surgery, Dr. Faith is the one! A real relief to have found a wonderful vet in whom I have total confidence. Five stars!

I have two black labs and will never take them anywhere else. My female gets extremely nervous, but they always take time to accomodate her and are extremely creative with her - they have even done her visits right In the lobby. Sherri, one of the vet technicians, spends a solid 20 minutes working with her every time we come in just out of the kindness of her heart. Our other male lab loves to visit Dr. Faith and the staff as well. They are extremely knowledgeable, and are always willing to answer any questions. They will get you in in a pinch if youre fur baby is sick, and always do a follow up call to make sure theyre doing better. Dr. Faith is also the ONLY vet in town to properly diagnose my childhood dog Gigi with diabetes at the end of her days. I only wish we had found them sooner and maybe we could have had her longer. After that, I knew where I would take my babies from day one. We love Dr. Faith and her staff!

-Made an appt-took 2 weeks to get in. When I arrived w/ my dog at 7pm, the dippy receptionist said "Are you SURE you have an appointment??" -Doc said my dog wasnt old enuff for her shots, even tho she was over 6 months old at the time... another office visit charge, you dont say. Shocking. -When it came up to get my dog spayed, again the Doc said we had to wait (even tho she was already 8 months old!) Finally, we could make an appt but wed have to bring her in for a check-up (another quick $125). They told us it would cost just over $200 to spay her & the next appt was 6 weeks away! We made the appt. A week prior, my dog was in heat... Guess she was old enuff THEN?!? But the doctor STILL wouldnt spay her until 2 weeks after the heat... Now, guess whos having puppies & looking for a new vet.

I took my cat here last year for a bite wound abscess. Turned out he had several bites and I didnt even realize it. All I knew was he was feverish, wounded, and very grumpy. He was even biting at me, so I was nervous about whether or not they could handle him there. When I brought him in, the vet and her assistant were both very sympathetic and they were able to handle my cat quite well, given the circumstances. She fixe him up good, and even gave me a call over the weekend to make sure that he was doing ok. Of course she complimented how beautiful my cat was, always nice. Also I found prices to be reasonable, and several treatment options were explained to me so that I would understand the costs involved before making a decision. Overall I am very happy with this vet.

I have never seen such concern for animals. Our cat is a huge fighter and he is always in trouble. He gets scratched, bit, and torn. We call Faith and they always seem to be able to get him in even if doctor faith has an obligation after work . She will stay to make sure our cat does not get infected. Sometimes I think Faith animal care is more concerned for our cat than I am. Faith Animal Care ROCKS!!!!!

I have had a great experience bringing all of my cats and dogs to Faith Animal Care. Dr. Faith really loves and is invested in the pets that she sees and it really shows. Her staff is friendly and helpful when we are there. I have also been called to remind me about appointment times as well. Routine visits always go well and we have also been able to get right in for an emergency before as well.

The team at Faith Animal Care is professional, dedicated, caring, and knowledgeable. They have taken great care of my pets and have been supportive and compassionate with me. I had the experience of a pet with a chronic condition. It is because of Dr. Faith and her teams excellent care that I had an extra 18 months of time with him. I would recommend the practice without reservation.

We have a neutered, male Chihuahua that is 20 yrs. young. He has been going to Dr. Faith for the last 3 yrs. & is doing extremely well. We adopted him when he was 5 yrs. & that doctor has retired. The staff at Faith Animal Care has always gotten up from their seats and come around the desk to greet my pets. They have nicknames for my dog, which I think is really cute. They are very attentive and remember procedures my dogs have had and what medications they take. We appreciate the personalized service we receive here.

Cant say enough good things about Dr. Faith and Dr Zimmerman. They kept our 11 yr old Sara Jane comfy and are making sure Miss Amelia Christine is a happy healthy pomeranian puppy. We switched over from Clarke after a misdiagnosis and errors in record keeping with Sara. Always fair on pricing with meds and services.

Dr. Faith and her crew are great. They really care about your pets and you. Its almost like a fun outing when I take my dog in. The atmosphere is one of caring and quality care. Once when I had to put my dog to sleep they were there for me as well as my beloved pet. I dont know what else I can say but theyre Great.

The staff is great with my dog. They took the time to trouble shoot some behavioral problems my dog was having to help me solve the issue. Regular appointments have been scheduled in a reasonable amount of time. When an urgent matter came up, they had us come in immediately and got everything taken care of right away.

Everyone at Faith Animal Care is very friendly to pets and their owners. I had to leave my dog there for a surgery and I was so nervous that I cried my eyes out. The staff was very receptive to my feelings and took the time to give me the extra assurance that I needed. I really appreciated how caring they were.
