Scam artists! ** Notice a lot of their reviews are from a "google user" too, so Id bet money they padded their own reviews.** Everyone giving them 5 stars must have a ton of expendable income or no knowledge about vet care. Sure they are super nice, super friendly and have an awesome building. I equate them to being more like car salesmen tho because its a a front to disarm you into paying their made up surgeries or who knows what else if I had continued taking animals here. I had a cat with a broken leg. I know from past experience of working with and for vets that a cats leg always heals when casted. These people told me my cat would never walk on her leg again unless I paid $1500 for them to surgically fix it... I even balked at the vet and asked if they were serious. I paid $600 at my previous vet for a cat to undergo not 1, but 2 leg surgeries.( He had a stump with a bone protruding, so we tried to save his leg and then amputated. ) When I confronted the vet about the cost and the fact Ive never seen a cat need surgery for a simple broken leg. The vet at Cumberland just kind of stuttered and gave me no real answers other than "maybe she can ask to have it done $400 cheaper" This just infuriated me so I declined and left. I removed my cats cast after 3 weeks and viola her leg was 100% healed. You cant even tell it was ever broken now and had I been a normal person with less knowledge, these people would of scammed $1500 from me to do a completely unecessary and life threatening surgery. I just moved to Lebanon last year and I miss my vet of 9 years. They truly cared at Wheelers vet clinic about the people and the animals, unlike these people.

Sigh, Im so disappointed. I have been with these guys since they have opened. They have always taken care of my kitties with A quality care but since I have gotten a dog, its almost comical. When we were worried that she had a UTI, they never called us about the blood work and when I called, the doctor had to apologize because the Lab never tested it. Now, for the SECOND week in a row, they have not groomed my dog after I specifically told them my concern for this the first time they forgot. What do they do? Completely ignore it and fail to their job 2 weeks in a row.

Cumberland Animal Hospital is the best! They ALL genuinely care about my dogs. I truly appreciate the top quality care my pets receive at Cumberland. Dr. Claire Hacker is AWESOME. She is extremely knowledgeable, keeps up with the latest vet care best practices, and has the best bed side personality. I couldnt ask for anyone better to be my dogs doctor. I also appreciate the staffs support. They go above and beyond. Thank you Cumberland for keeping my dogs healthy. :)

HORRIBLE! I had my poor cat put to sleep 2/16/2015, called today 3/9/2015 they had no idea where my poor baby was made me hold for over 5 minutes while they looked her up! Then they proceed to tell me that she is still there and has not been cremated yet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Unacceptable I am really upset I want a refund this is really poor! I understand we had bad weather but you dont leave a clients animals in a freezer for 3 weeks and not notify them.

Dr. Josh and the staff are wonderful and caring. They understand that your pet is like your child. The care they provided my cat and myself while he was sick was beyond what you would expect. The office Lobby is a tranquil spa for your four legged pets. Kudos to the Duvalls and all the Staff. A lot of endless hours are spent taking care of their four legged customers and a lot of visits from home on their own time to see how they are doing. A Vets work is never done! Be kind to your Vet!

Love Dr. Claire and Dr. Allison, they are just all so nice and take such good care of our babies. The whole staff is very understanding, helpful and will answer all your questions, they dont rush you out the door like some places can do. A great place to go!

I took my dog here for an eye surgery a few weeks ago and I could not be happier with the results. I love this vet office so much that I drive 45 minutes and pass about 12 other vet offices to see them. My dog and I are so grateful to them!
