We had read a lot of great reviews about this vet office so in the need of an emergency we came to this clinic. Our beloved Great Dane puppy fell ill with vomiting and bloody stool on day 2 we new we had to take him to the vet so my husband waited in there parking lot for over an hour till they opened up. Our experience with them was not a good one. they basically just pump an IV and gave him some antibiotics and said he has a stomach virus if he doesnt get better bring him back in two day, later that night I had to watch our beloved Smokie pass away in a horrible death. Im not sure if this vets office was trying to save us money by not doing lab work or an x ray but we paid a lot of money for this precious baby and we would have done ANYTHING to save his life he wasnt just a pet he was family! So my recommendations on my experience please dont take your dog here in the need of an emergency. Take them to a vet hospital

Weve been taking our pup here for the six years weve been living back in the area—though my mom has been taking her canine posse there since they first opened—and the service is never anything less than extraordinary. Weve had more than one (make that, four!) run-ins with chocolate, and each time, theyve fixed her up right away. Theyve also helped get her allergies under control, advise us on an injured knee and remove a nail that was crushed, among various other reasons for visits. Each time, the care she receives is top-notch, and they never fail to call the next day to check on her. Plus, its easy to get an appointment day-of, and anytime theres been an emergency, the team manages to get us in right away. While our pup primarily sees Dr. Nickels, the days that shes been out, weve gone to Dr. Prince, who has also been excellent. I wouldnt feel comfortable taking Ella anywhere else!

I have two dogs and there is nowhere else I would rather take them!! I now live an hour away from this office and still take my dogs there when its time for shots or when I have any concerns at all. Even after business hours someone there Always answers the after hours number or responds to a message you leave within a few minutes! There is such an amazing staff here and they really care about their clients!! So thankful to be with them!

I have several cats and have been to many vets, this office is the best. they are very clean and care about their patients and the humans that bring them in. Ive been through a range of feline health issues from first shots to spaying and neutering to bidding a friend goodbye and Pet Medical Center has been there with me through it all.
