I took my mom there for a checkup we were there for at least 2 hours we had an appointment and there was nobody at the office when we got there except one person we were sitting in the room for an hour waiting. His staff are not friendly at all and have a bad attitude with patients. They had to do her EKG 2 times to get it right. My mom had to get a blood draw we went to the lab and the lab technician was very rude she put the tourniquet in the beginning before she even gathered her stuff she kept it there for more than 1 minute and my moms arm was hurting a lot. when we asked her to remove it she said "Im refusing go somewhere else and have your blood drawn" very unprofessional staff.

Did not follow-up. Prescribed meds, discontinued meds, increased/decreased meds. Never followed up on his own. We had to request follow-up blood work & visits. He also allowed his family nurse practitioner, Nahla Chirca, step in for him. She was even worse. And they overcharge. Moms reknowned neurologist doesnt even charge Medicare/BCBS as much as they do for an office visit.

Dont deserve any star i hope so there is an evaluation with zero star i took my blood .work from them then i went to another doctor
