The office of Dr. James R. Little is poorly supervised. The only positive professional in that medical facility is Ken Garian PA. Particular office staff are unprofessional, rude, lazy staff. Chevonne in particular is the most incompetent rude bad mannered person ever. She does not know her job. We witnessed her and her fellow staff members laughing at a patient. Dr. Little according to Chevonne is never in the office, as she told me when I asked to speak with him. She also informed me the Ken Garian, PA is always on vacation when in reality they are always there. She has given that office the worst profile any staff member could do to destroy and deplete patients wanting to treat there. I in particular have (8) members of my family that will be discontinuing services due to her and the other staffing there. Hoping Ken Garian, PA moves to a new practice so we can treat with him. But we wont be going to the Sterling Heights location of Dr. James R. Littles office due to Chevonne. Thanks to Chevonne we wont be able to see Ken Garian, PA as we are sick of the staffs unprofessional manners and lack of abilities to handle medical requests. Also, apparently according to the staffs views there, their medical assistants are allowed to prescribe and diagnose medical issues one does not have.

I went to dr. Little about 10 or 15 years ago and was very happy with my experience. I came back last year and brought a couple of people with me to use him as my primary physician. I was unhappy that he never showed up to his office and I was only handled by physician assistants. He never answered a phone call or an e-mail. His office was very rude about that and condescending. I want to trust his judgment but a friend of mine was very sick and did not get any help from him and had to leave in order to get healthy again.
