Dr. Kholenberg is a very nice doctor. I have been going to him for 10+ years. His secretary staff on the other hand are very rude and unprofessional. My wife had changed my appointment from 4:30 pm to 3:45 pm. The secretary told my wife they had a cancellation at 3:45, and I could get into that slot. I arrived at 3:35 pm to check in. After waiting until 4:15, I asked the secretary about my appointment time changing from 4:30 pm to 3:45 pm. She told me, that she told my wife that I could come in early only, and that they were busy with a lot of testing, as she cracked and sarcastic smile at me. So at 4:35 pm and exact hour since I arrived, I got up and walked out. He is a great doctor with the exception of his secretary staff. This was an very unpleasant experience and I dont think I will be back to his office never again. Do to his rude and unprofessional secretary, he has lost a long time patient.
