Nice Doctor and very patient. I have been going there for four years my family goes to see him including Dad, I was very hesitant at the beginning to go to Derborn. But I was not happy with my previous doctor and I live about an hour away. After I tried couple Doctors in my area (Milford/Novi) I decided to visit Dr. Berri. I dont need an appointment for my yearly check ups just walk in and they are open on Saturdays. unlike my other doctor had to wait for 3-4 weeks for an appointment. The doctor is very understanding and Calm. the clinic may not be the modern type of the new clinics these days, but we go there for the honesty and the good service.

You can only ask for help a certain amount of times until you realize the doctor is absolutely incompetent and doesnt listen to his patients, if you want to waste two hours out of your day to be prescribed over he counter medicine which youve already been taking than this is your guy. If you like waiting for 30 minutes to be treated while you over hear everyone eat and talk this is your guy, and if you want to wait at the pharmacy for 40 minutes because the staff forgot to send your prescription 2 hours after your visit this is the doctor for you.

This is the worst, long waiting hours, staff are very rude and they keep telling you "come Monday, come next week". I have come 3 times and they have been telling me we dont have the stool come next week.
