Dr Sakr is a good doctor with good medical knowledge and I would have continued with her but her office is extremely inefficient. Her front office assistant Massar is extremely rude and probably still has a job because she is a relative. I have had to call up to 4 times for a simple prescription refill. I have been charged incorrectly on old insurances when new insurance had been updated with the office. When you have any questions, the office says they will call you back but never do. There is at any given time about a 50 minute wait till you get seen. I have never seen such a bad managed front office and a worse receptionist and they keep blowing you off even when the situation for you is urgent. After 3 years I got frustrated with this continued mismanagement and moved on to a good doctor with a great office and am very happy.

Have been going to Dr Sakr for quite a few years and have been extremely happy with her. She doesnt rush you out of office; takes time to sit down and really talk one too one. Am feeling great; happy with her assessment of my health and prescriptions necessary. Office staff has always been pleasant and efficient; which is all one should expect from their physician; a competent doctor and staff.

I been with Doctor lena sakr for over 8 years. Anytime they change my insurance, I make sure they have to put me with Doctor lena. I truss her with my life cant go anywhere but her. She is wonderful, very knowledgeable caring Doctor. Shes worry about me and my son more then I can care. I dont feel safe with any other Doctor. Highly recommend her
