Let me just say that if I could give them zero stars, I would. I showed up for my appointment, just a basic once a year eye exam, 10 minutes early. Was told they no longer had my insurance information on file (both old and new). I gave them my new insurance and waited for one hour to see a doctor. In the appointment I asked the doctor a couple of questions about the types of contacts I wear and if maybe there would be a different brand better suited to my current needs. She did some tests, asked some questions, and told me we could follow up in a week. I thought that was awesome. However, when I was done I was informed that they could not take my insurance (normal blue cross blue shield from work that covers eye), that I would be billed an additional $70 for the tests the doctor ran after I asked some innocent questions, which I was never told I was going to be charged for, then they made me pay in advance another $70 for the follow up visit I was to have the following week. I was never able to get to that visit due to scheduling conflicts and I am still having the hardest time getting a full refund for it. I spoke to the manager after all this was done and was told not to worry about anything, that she would follow up with me about the insurance, etc. Now, a year later I got an invoice saying I owe them $239! What kind of company does that?!? If you can go anywhere, do. Ill be taking my business elsewhere as well.

One of the best eye exam Ive had in years. Dr. Steve concert was very thorough he explained a lot of things to me about my eyes. And how to take care of them. Joe the optician was very helpful with finding a great pair of glasses for me
