Poor and horrible service and NO service. DONT use this dental office. I would not give 1 star rating if there is an option. First, I contacted this dental office at end of May 2016, and I booked on Aug 2, 7:30am. I spoke with this dental office clerk Joe, who made a promise and could not delivery, and Joe told me that I would have a more experienced hygienist to do a regular cleaning and since I have periodontal disease, and Joe said he would asked Laura to perform the regular cleaning, and I even requested previous dental office sent out my x-ray info over this dental office, Done. Waited for 2 months, after I walked in and there was No Laura and there was another guy named Omar who worked there less than 1 year and he said I need to have new X-ray and I told him that there were x-rays came from my previous dental office. He insisted and requested me to do more x-ray and after he took x-rays and he said I had periodontal disease and he could not do regular cleaning and he only could do for deep cleaning and I said I already knew I had periodontal disease in the past 20 years, and I could do a deep cleaning another time and since I had waited 2 months time and I need to have a regular cleaning. Omar rejected me there......Just simple pissed off. I shared this true story with you all, and PLEASE dont use this dental office. NO respect and No professional service......Aug 2 2016

I just want to say that I have been to Anderson Lake Dental four times now and had amazing service each time. I never waited very long at all in the lobby before my appointment after checking in (MAYBE five minutes). I was always greeted by everyone with a smile. There was one time I stopped in with a tooth concern, and they were able to fit me in quick to take a look. I was so appreciative. I have also had two cleanings and a temporary crown put on there. I will be going back tomorrow for a fifth time to get my permanent crown. All the procedures Ive had were painless and a breeze. I was only there as long as they said I would be. If it was an hour appointment, I was there for an hour. Also, Joe has always been very helpful with any payments I needed to make or future appointments I had to schedule. I will keep going to this dental office until either they are gone or I move away!

The entire staff is warm, friendly and pleasantly professional. I hadnt been to a dentist in a while and was nervous about my appointment. All my anxiety went away as soon as I walked in! The atmosphere and staff immediately felt like family and friends there to make sure I was well taken care of. I also received the most gentle and thorough of cleanings! *Big Bonus in my book* My visit felt personal and carefully reviewed. And after a gentle, yet firm, reprimand about my poor flossing habits (because really, we could all do better) and the dangers it could cause my teeth and overall health, I was left with the feeling that the staff sincerely cared about my well being. Ill definitely be staying with them for years to come. You just dont pass up the kind of quality care and service they provide!!

I used the same dentist for over twenty years, so when i moved to minnesota, i was hesitant to find someone new. I finally scheduled an appt here because of a toothache, and it was a good decision. Dr Amber was wonderful! she was knowledgeable, skilled, and pleasant. I got my issue taken care of same day. The desk staff and hygienists were all friendly and helpful. And i could hear the guy (hygienist?) next room over patiently helping a small child navigate the new scary experience of "the dentist."

I had the best experience here at Anderson lake dental. Joe the receptionist has a great attitude made me feel welcome. But wait theres more " then I was greeted by omar who I found out that was doing my cleaning on my teeth greeted me with an handshake, and was very professional . And omar has one of the best skills on cleaning teeth . I came out of Anderson lake dental with a million dollar smile lol. Thanks Anderson lake dental team. Ill be back in 6 months!

I have been a patient at this dental practice since 1997 when the practice was owned by Dr. Arnold. Dr. Shiraz and Dr. Amber have done excellent dental work for me and my family. Terry is the best hygienist as my teeth always feel clean and she is very gentle. I would highly recommend this dental practice for anyone.

Ive only been going to Anderson Lake Dental for a little over a year now but I wish I would have found them sooner! Awesome staff super friendly. Omar is my Dental Hygienist very light handed when doing my cleaning. Going to the Dentist isnt so bad anymore Dr. Amber is great too!

As someone who is extremely afraid of dentists, I found Anderson Lakes Dental to be perfect. The clinic is never crowded and the staff is always friendly. Omar the hygienist ensures you are comfortable and Dr. Shiraz is also very focused on service. I would definitely recommend!
