It was the worst experience in dental office I have ever had. The dentist and staffs were nice except my dental Hygienist. She was Indian I think I cant remember her name. She told multiple times that I had stains on my teeth . I had to repeat that " I got it " multiple times. A moment later, She stopped working on my mouth, then She took a mirror out and wanted me to hold it to see the stains on my teeth when my teeth were bleeding. OMG... She went on later and told me that I got water over my face and even hair because I had so much stain on my teeth. Unbelievable !! Seriously, It just happened yesterday, so I remember exactly everything. At that moment, I wanted to cry...I even thought of got up right away and confront her but I hold my feeling back. In addition, She didnt use the electric ultrasonic which other dental hygienists had used on me. I dont appreciate her attitude and work ethnic at all.Looking back, I should have said something to the staff before I left. . I even consider not to have my teeth cleaned anymore because of her. I would refer to private practice next time.

I had gone there yesterday for emergency repair of upper denture. Dr Hermanssen and he team was really prompt and helpful. Today when I went to pick up the repaired denture, the doctor and staff were courteous and helpful. When the time came to settle the bill I was told that my insurance would pay half and I would have to settle the bill right then and there. My responsibility was a small amount, $115.30. So, thats not the point. What if, if it was in thousands of dollars, the Scheduling Manager (Lisa?) said I couldnt leave without settling the bill. I pointed out to her that my wife had a full crown done in December, 2014 and that I am still paying it off. She said after she joined in April, 2015 they dont/wont mail any bills. All expenses must be settled then and there before you leave the clinic. So, I asked her, "wouldnt you have let me know the estimate before a procedure (granted this was an emergency), she said "OK". Should I continue to visit Park Dental Eden Prairie?

I called them 2 month in advance to set up my cleaning appointment for me and my daughter and asked them to get me a reminder, because I had no pen to write down the two appointment dates at the time and I was afraid to confuse them, the lady on the phone asked for my email and cell phone and told me that shell set up a reminder for both text and email. Well I just got a call that apparently I missed my appointment and the closest reschedule date for the time that works for me would be 4 months from now. I asked to set up the second yearly appointment right away as well, but of course they dont do it. Then whats the point of "two free cleanings" included in the dental insurance I have with them if i cant schedule them when I need it?? After calling two months in advance? What a disappointment. Never had a doctors office not calling to remind about upcoming appointments, especially when I specifically asked for it. First and last year with this company.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The only thing "patient-centered" at Park Dental is the billing. While every employee is polite, the service is terrible. I made an appointment and waited a half hour to be seen. Then I sat in the chair an additional 10 minutes waiting for the doctor because "he had a few exams to do." My appointment would have been done in under 15 minutes and instead it took an hour. The office will stack patients in more than a dozen rooms and make you wait for one doctor to make the rounds. And when its all done, the only thing they want to talk about is not letting you out the door until theyve collected payments. No business should have to apologize that much. It means youre doing it wrong. Been going here for more than 10 years and the service has gone in the toilet. Very disappointed long time customer will be seeking a new dentist office.

Everything was good except the actual treatment. Both me and my wife got the same issue (same dentist): after a simple filling (no root canals or something) and number of adjustments the tooth cracked which I treat as dentist’s mistake. By the time it was identified as an issue (4-5 adjustments were made over the course of several weeks), the entire annual dental budget got consumed and doctor’s suggestion was to go to orthodontist and then to put a crown on it which would cost $1500 out of pocket for something which was $200 initially and not done properly. The tooth aches still and I cannot chew on that side at all. Attempted to approach and resolve this multiple times via calls with no results. Disappointed, switching to another clinic.

Customer service is the worst around! My last three appointments were 15 to 30 minutes late. Front admin staff dont greet you when you check in. Ive never felt like such a number or a drop in the bucket like this place treats you. Now, their response will be the typical, please call the "practice manager" to discuss your complaint. I have already tried that twice. Dont bother with this practice as they treat their customers like cattle. Try a small practice that actually cares.

Dont see Robert B. Yankovich, DDS !!! He treated my elderly (93 yrs) father horribly! He is all for bringing in money for the practice above and beyond anything else. I would never bring my father back to him. When I asked him to consider my fathers preferences he just glared at me instead of working on my father. My father asked him to leave me alone and finish the work, he continued to glare at me. I had to leave the room so he would finish. NOT PROFFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR AT ALL.

I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Cepak. I had not been to the dentist for years because of previous bad experiences. She has great bedside manner and made you feel very comfortable. She explained everything in a way that was understandable. I had to have a couple of teeth pulled and multiple cavities filled and she made the process almost painless. I would recommend her to anyone!!!

It really puts me at ease. They never make me feel like Ive asked a dumb question, and take the time to explain my options to me. Im very grateful to have found this place.

I have seen Dr. Cepek a few times and I think she is fabulous. I dont love going to the dentist but she makes you feel very comfortable - has a great bedside manner and does an excellent job. I have had a crown and cavity filled by her and have experienced zero problems - the crown fit beautifully.

Recently moved to the area and found this dental clinic after trying a few others. Hands down this was by far the best expierience: From first contact by front staff (which was very friendly and helpful), to the dental technician (gentle and thourough), to the dentist. All very good!
