Was referred to Gentle Dentistry by another dentist for a consultation on my sons filling who is afraid of needles. We talked on the phone and he convinced me to come in for a secondary examine (even though the other office forwarded the results and xrays of their examine) to "see what he could do". Dr. Dvorak showed up 30 minutes late because he accidentally scheduled a conference call at the same time as my appointment. He spend 5 minutes looking at my sons teeth and said theres nothing he could do. Was referred to Dentistry for Children & Adolescents (Burnsville). I highly recommend them. They completed the filling in <30 minutes. Got a bill for $79 from Gentle Dentistry. Thats an expensive five minutes. Discussed with them the situation, but it was clear they dont value my time as much as they value their time. Paid my bill and promised to write a review. Learn from my mistakes. There are better options out there.

This doctor has very good reviews online dont know for what. He did one of my tooth and a much younger doctor had to finish his undone work. And the job he did so bad that I have my teeth so far appart after he did and looks ugly. I have to pay another $11 000 to fix his work. He needs to go on retirement and not take peoples money for nothing. He is very expensive and his work is so bad cant even describe. I am glad we are not going there and took out my family out of this place. Plus accidently we overpaid over $50 we did contact them three times and they never reimbursed us.... I hope everybody that goes there are satisfyed. Good luck....

My experience was the best Ive ever had in my life. The whole team there makes you feel comfortable. Dr. Dvorak with his expertise in dentistry and gentle care will for sure let you know you hit the jackpot.
