Ive been visiting Dr. Ashley for 6 months and this is chiropractic care done right. Dr. Ashley does not only track how you "feel", she invests in technology to track measurable results. There is an initial screening that measures nerve and muscular flow so you know your status quo. I recommend a care plan - its the fastest way to fixing your health and she will continue to measure your metrics. The changes may seem subtle at the time, but with her technology you can "see" the improvements! Whether you like a quick in-and-out adjustment or prefer taking time to build a relationship with your chiropractor, Dr. Ashley quickly adapts to your preference and is great with either style. She is funny, sassy, upbeat, positive and will always greet you with a big smile and an energetic "Hello!". Dr. Ashley loves to answer your questions and, if youre inquisitive like me, will always take extra time to thoroughly explain the science behind why shes doing what shes doing. If you need massage work to compliment your chiropractic treatment, Total Family is teamed up with massage therapists that work out of the same office. I highly recommend Dr. Ashley. This woman is on the path to having a huge chiropractic impact on Minnesota!

Dr. Ashley is wonderful and I cannot say enough about her service and level of care. She has helped me with my low back and neck issues and I have seen a lot of improvement since starting to see her this past July. I highly recommend Dr. Ashley to anyone suffering from any of the 3Ts (Toxins/Traumas/Thoughts) that can cause subluxations in the spine. I learned about the 3Ts thru an intro workshop that was held by Dr. Ashley for new patients and was very informative. That said, she is always willing to help educate her patients, which is super important for me in helping me understanding the treatment plan and how to help myself heal faster as well as preventing subluxations all together. During my first week of treatment I was overcome with tingling feelings, actual feelings in my spine and body that I never had felt before - Dr. Ashley said that it was my nervous system working again! It sounds crazy, but is totally true and totally amazing! Big thanks to Dr. Ashley and her friendly staff :)

Dr. Ashley is highly knowledgeable in her field and that combined with her passion to help people live healthy lives makes her an excellent choice for those who want a doctor who is committed to meeting them at their level and then helping them get to the next level of living a healthy life. I had been content for a long time to just living with pain in my back, poor posture, and limited energy due to poor sleep. I would not have worked to correct and overcome those limiting factors in my life if it was not for the advice, chiropractic care, and encouragement of Dr. Ashley. There are no quick "fixes" that are lasting, but there are changes you can make in your life that are lasting and will will enable you to become a better, healthier, and happier person. Dr. Ashley has helped me and my family in many ways! The obvious one is that she is a competent and caring chiropractor who considers all she knows about your body when adjusting. She is so gentle and sweet with the babies, fun with the toddlers, and very in tuned with what each person needs. In addition, she has been a wonderful support during my first pregnancy, for concerns about my toddler, and now during my second pregnancy. She is knowledgable on many of the issues that I as a first-time mom had questions about. She also has great suggestions on ways to keep us healthy that we can incorporate into our lives. She has definitely helped us on our path to healthy living including chiropractic adjustments for the whole family.

I have been getting adjustments from Dr. Ashley for almost 6 months now. I was struggling with on-again/off-again lower back pain for several years, but since I began visiting Dr. Ashley my discomfort has gone from frequent to non-existent! She has even helped me with discomfort I was having in my knees and shoulders. I didn’t even know those issues could be treated with chiropractic care! She goes above and beyond to explain how or why issues may be occurring, and will show you ways to prevent future injury. Ive been going to Dr. Ashley for approximately 9 months now. I decided to seek chiropractic care after experiencing lower back/neck pain, and while the pain was not overwhelming, I wanted to be proactive in promoting good neck and spine health. Seeing Dr. Ashley has helped me eliminate any neck and back pain. The lower back pain went away after a few weeks of seeing her, I also feel like my immune system has gotten stronger as well. I like to stay active and seeing Dr. Ashley has helped me achieve that and enjoy all activities pain free. Total Family Chiropractic has such a friendly staff that they not only greet you at the door, but have a little welcome sign with your name on it when you get there. The environment is welcoming and very relaxing. If it is your first visit with Ashley she will go through a full consultation with you, unless you ask otherwise, to review past history, take an analysis of your back or problem areas, and give you helpful tips on how to work on making your overall comfort level better. I went to Dr. Ashley for a second opinion and have been very pleased with the results. Not only am I feeling great after have my third child but my children are feeling great as well. Dr. Ashley helped us with a recurrent ear infection in my 1 year old and has also helped my 5 year old and 2 year old maintain their well being. This is a great place to go and they dont use an x ray machine! They use a different sensor to help determine the best adjustment and care plan for you. I have really enjoyed the care I have received here and hope you will too.
