I would love to write a good review... however... Prior to calling Midwest Dental, I checked with the online provider listing to ensure they were listed as in-network with my insurance and they were. When I called on the phone I asked if they were accepting new patients. The answer, "yes we are". Once I mentioned my insurance I was told that, "they are not accepting new patients under my dental plan." I find this incredibly frustrating given their provider status is updated digitally (whether they are or are not taking new patients in a specific network) with my insurance. If they are not actually taking new patients for a specific network, it is their responsibility to update their status.

Ive been seeing Dr. Turry for the last 27 years! Despite moving away from Forest Lake (even across the country), Ive never trusted another dentist with my teeth! He genuinely cares about each of his patients and has the friendliest staff-big cities just cant compare. Hes taken excellent care of my teeth through every stage of my life (and all sorts of dental procedures) and Im happy to say Ive never had a bad experience at the dentist office. Worth the drive from wherever you are- I promise!

Very discriminatory about who he will take as a patient. Even if you have insurance. I still cant figure out who is so well off that they would refuse business..? I didnt even want to give this idiot ANY stars but it wouldnt let me move forward until I did. His staff is rude as well (Annette).

Dr. Turry is the best of the best! He is the most gentle and caring dentist I have ever had. I have been seeing him for over 20 years and would never leave.Not only is he a wonderful dentist, but a great person in general, I highly recommened him if you are looking for a great dentist.
