I was referred to this office by a coworker of mine. I am so glad this is the practice I ended up going with. My interaction started with the receptionist, Dawn, who was very patient and authentic in kindness during our phone conversation. I had a lot of issues with my past history for dental work and scheduling issues, so much so, I felt like a burden. However, Dawn reassured me through her kindness and patience, that all was well and soon my worries subsided. By the end of the conversation, I felt as if Id known Dawn for years! We were laughing and joking around through all the difficult details. I chalked this up to this simply being her personality and the practice was lucky to have such a person on their welcoming committee. I would soon find out, luck has had nothing to do with it, but instead, whoever is in charge of hiring the personal at this office can truly read people and knows the good ones, scooping them up. EVERY SINGLE PERSON at this practice is amazing... is authentic... is kind... and patient. I have had a total of 4 visits now between me and my son and every one of them I end up leaving with the feeling of just having visited old friends. They go above and beyond every time! An example of this would be today. Julie, the hygienist, was scheduled for cleaning my teeth and I had to bring my 5 year old son with me. I was concerned that I wasnt going to be able to interact with him due to the teeth cleaning and she may become annoyed with him. However, it was quite the opposite! She interacted with him and was having a fun time doing it. She let him put his face right up into mine where she was working, so he could observe the process of the teeth cleaning and while he did this, she would explain why and what she was doing so he could learn. She also was the main points of entertainment for my son and, once again, she did this with a loving heart. She explained the different type of birds outside the window to him, she showed him he could see the big tooth, named Chip, outside the window and pointed Chips location out to my son, she asked what he wanted to do when he was older (which he replied he wanted to be a dentist doctor or firefighter) and basically... she interacted with him the entire time with no problem. At the end, she even gave him a pair of gloves and a mask to play dentist/doctor at home with. This is just one of the four appointment I have had at this office and every one of these appointments was just as amazing. When my son had his teeth cleaning, the lady made it fun. The last dentist my son had, literally had me holding his arms down while he was in tears, not wanting to go through the process, and dove in trying to hurry through the process...no patience, no slow down and calming of nerves. This office was polar opposite of that experience, he was having fun he was excited to learn he loved it so I loved it! I have never had a bad dental experience throughout my life (well, there was ONE) but for the most part, Its just been neutral well say. However, when I was in my early twenties I was blessed to have an amazing dentist. His personality is what I have held every practice to since then, and Ive never come across it until now! Ten years later, I have finally found my replacement for the dentist I had lost so many years ago. However its not just the dentist thats amazing this time, its the entire personnel of this office... EVERY SINGLE ONE.

Ive never been a fan of going to the dentist. The only reason I ever do is because I have dental insurance through work. I probably went around10 years without going to the dentist in utter fear of how many cavities I would have and how much it would cost. When I went to commerce drive dental they were probably the nicest group of people a guy could ask to interact with. From the front desk to the hygienists to the dentists. Everyone is very enthusiastic and helpful, they want you to have your teeth in the best shape you can so you dont have to spend as much of your money fixing problems that are easily preventable through good habits. There was some confusion once on my dental insurance companys end about the billing. I took the mailing from them in and they literally did everything for me, faxed in the information requested (I dont have a printer, scanner, or fax machine so this was a blessing for me) no questions asked and the issue was resolved. If I had known going to the dentist was so pain free I would have been going consistently long ago! If you havent been to the dentist in awhile or if you lack the customer service that is truly top notch stop down to commerce drive dental and give them a try. You wont regret it (ps theyre probably going to tell you to floss)

I switched dentists after many years and was very reluctant to do so. However, I have had absolutely no regrets for doing so. Commerce Drive Dental has the most professional staff, in my experience, anywhere. The service is great and the results of all dental procedures have been superior. I just had a crown that was fittted and installed and was perfect "THE FIRST TIME" and that has been the case before also. I dont usually do these reviews but Dr. Klause is deserving of some praise.

I was soo excited to find an ortho and dentist in one spot for my 10 year old who chipped off part of her front tooth on July 4th - she is in pain and they had an opening.. Unfortunately my insurance does not cover dental and she has a state covered dental plan - they wouldnt take her as a new patient. Very disappointing that kids cant get care when needed...I guess that shows me how much they dont care about patients/kids and how much they care about the money.

What started out as a cavity next to an old crown turned into fixing the original cavity and the discovery of problems under the crown. Dr Dave Clause helped me make a good decision to go the distance and take care of removing the crown, fixing that decay and getting fitted with a temporary crown. This week I got the permanent crown and with minimal fine tuning was on my way. Good fit and no problems what so ever. Great support from all involved.

Been going here for many years and can only think of one time I wasnt 100% happy with my visit. The staff is professional and seem to be very knowledgeable. The office seems very modern and they seem to always be on top of technology. Often times when I do need work they try their hardest to work me in right away so I dont need another appointment which is above and beyond any sort of expectations I would have going anywhere else.

From Rachael at the front desk, to Tricia, my hygienist, Dr. Tim Jernberg and Monica, my scheduler, and to everyone else there, what a great staff!
