Being new to the area, I needed to quickly find a dentist that I could see immediately for a sudden situation. I called the office at 7:05 Friday morning and was in the dentists chair at 10:00 that same morning. I was very impressed that I was able to get same-day service, and very pleased because of the situation I was in. The pre-registration process that I was provided via email prior to my visit was a game-changer. Typically you have to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your first visit to fill out all kinds of paperwork and questionnaires. Having completed the pre-registration prior to my appointment, I was able to show up and be talking with the dentist in less than 5 minutes. Before any actual treatment began I was made aware of all of the dentists treatment recommendations, as well as my alternative options and a proposed long-term plan. I was able to make changes to that long-term plan to make it work for my specific circumstances, rather than the office simply giving me a list of everything that needs to be done. I know exactly what needs to be done, what "phase" its planned for, and how much I can expect to pay out-of-pocket for each item. This is the first dentist Ive ever been to that has worked with me to establish a long-term dental healthcare plan. Im fairly particular about how any treatment should be conducted, mostly because of some unpleasant experiences as a child/youth. The dental team was very understanding and incredibly accommodating. I felt very comfortable during my treatment, and the team made sure I understood everything that was happening throughout the process. As for the treatment itself, Ive never been more satisfied with dental work than with my treatment that day. I will continue to use this dentist for the foreseeable future, and I will recommend this office to friends and family.

I had not been to the dentist in years because who really wants to go to the dentist right? After 12 years of neglect I finally decided to go in and I chose Overland Park Modern Dentistry. From the moment I walked in the door I felt like I had known this wonderful group of people for years. The new patient experience was so easy and seemingly effortless. The staff is second to none and after my examination, Im actually looking forward to coming in regularly to maintain my oral health. If you are on the fence about a dentist office, choose OPMD and their staff.

Was needing an emergency appointment for excruciating tooth pain and they were able to get me in right away. All of the staff that I interacted with were very friendly and helped me stay calm after learning I would need a root canal (which they did same day!). Facilities are very clean and the modern technology is amazing. I am so happy I found OP Modern Dentistry and cannot wait to continue my care with Dr. Nagaraju!

Dr Rajo is very good dentist, but unfortunately the man who is in the reception is not helpful at all. He kept telling me many times that I had different dentist, and you should stay with her! Even when I went to my appointment he kept telling me that I had different dentist etc. First time I saw people in dentist telling me that instead of we are happy to have you here!!
