Our daughters see Dr Marc Salita and when hes not available Dr Havemann. I cannot say enough good things about these two. Our youngest daughter has some major complications when she was 6 weeks old. She stopped breathing and had contraption issues. He quickly sought out a specialist and gave us the referrals needed. He spend hours on the phone reaching out to doctors all over to help us find a diagnosis. He was amazing during a scary and challenging time. He would call and check on us. I cannot say enough good things about him. Dr Havemann has also gone out her way to help us. She is very motherly and knowledge at the same time. We adore these two! Oh and I cannot forget Jean, his nurse she is beyond amazing! So kind and great with both our kids. Wow I really adore this team. The front desk is also great to us. They know my kids and acknowledge them each time they arrive. Just a great group of people. Thanks Allina Woodlake for keeping a small clinic feel for a large facility.

Thus clinic operates like the old days were doctors had "bankers hours" meaning they lack evening and Saturday schedules. Most clinics have these. Also very archaic process for RX renewals of ADD medications. My childrens clinic mails a written hard copy RX refill out monthly, on a schedule, directly to either our home or pharmacy, based on our preference. Another provider in the area submits the RX electronically directly to Target pharmacy. Why cant a large health system like Allina figure this out? Call the Richfield clinic for your refill and are told it will take a week to receive it in the mail. Or pick up in person, during their limited hours. For someone who has a job, in person pick up is not often an option.

I was greeting with a smile. The lady at the front desk was very kind to other patients leaving the clinic, offering to sit with a gentleman who was being escorted by his driver while she went and got the car. I was taken back on time and Dr. Peterson was extremely friendly and throughow with my care.the spent time talking to me and I didnt feel rushed what so ever. Being in healthcare myself, I know how tight schedules can be and how little time is allowed between patients. I just wanted to say thank you!!! Excellent job.

The Wood Lake Clinic does not have Doctors "on-call". You cant even leave a message for (your) primary care giver. You have to speak with the providers "answering service". Their answering service will tell you to go to the emergency room and that the "On-call" Doctors do not address prescription refills after hours... Its 6:00pm in the evening... Normal people work jobs. But, I guess an "On-Call" Doctor can not handle working while they are getting PAID for being "On-Call". What a joke!
