Wow!!! I must say the appt at first Didnt go so well. I was turned away and told my lab work couldnt be done cause I have not been seen at a allina clinic withnin 3 years. It was overlooked I actually had been seen recently So A nurse called me back "Dina" Very Very Sweet Person I cant say enough good things about her, She told me I could have my lab work done and to come back to the clinic. So i went back and the service was above and beyond to get my lab work completed. Clinic Manager Nancy Wells was also Very Respectful to my needs and wanted to make sure i was treated and went as far as to give me a handwritten card saying sorry for confusion, dont get much more sincere and sweeter than that. Nancy Also went out of her way to make feel comfortable and see to it I was takin care of and everything got done. I must say after returning and Meeting 2 of the sweetest women in the medical field "Dina,Nancy" I am now making this my Regular clinic. I was more then impressed with how the situation was handled after the fact and the extreme lengths they took to see to it that My lab work got done. Great Service & Great Staff My Regular Clinic From 2016 & Beyond. Thanks Again To The Clinic For The Amazing Service!!!!

I have had numerous TERRIBLE experiences with Allina Medical Clinic Nicollet Mall, and am finally making the switch to another medical group. These instances include 1-2+ hour waits for appointments (even those scheduled early in the morning), inability to fill prescription requests in a timely manner, inconsistent medical advice where self diagnosis was more correct than the doctors in question, and zero attempts to reconcile or even acknowledge the service was less than standard. Save yourself the time, frustration, and health risk by avoiding this group. Note: this is not an indictment of all Allina Medical Clinics--just the practice on Nicollet Mall.

I had scheduled an appointment over lunch, so I figured the clinic would be busy, but it must have been particularly so today. I thought Id given myself plenty of time to check in and be seen, but time was running short, and I was in jeopardy of being late for a meeting. Once I got into a room, I told the nurse I was on a tight schedule and she sprang into action! Both she and the physician got me through my appointment quickly (just some travel immunizations), and I was on my way. Such a convenient downtown location, I can see why its such a busy place! I appreciate the staffs willingness to help me get in and out quickly. Thank you!

Dr Suurmeyer and staff have been my friends and protectors of my health for about 3 years now, last week Dr Chaniara saved my life literally, and even though I live in 2 states I come here for all of my medical needs. They dont try to push unnecessary medicine on me ever. Dr Suurmeyer and I know I hate pills and if its something I can Change about my lifestyle I will do it. The associated Heart Hospital is beyond wonderful. They also listened to my lifestyle demands and I am alive and happy to be going home to my Mother!

Ive been seeing my doc at this clinic for 30 years. They are perpetually running late so Ive learned to accept that. What I get in exchange is understanding and outstanding care. Not long ago I was hospitalized for food poisoning. When the attending physician in the ICU read my chart and saw who my doc was, it was as if he snapped to attention and immediately ordered more tests to make sure no stone was left unturned. He knew that hed be grilled by my doc.

Bad service, after being a patient for 6 years, they always made me wait, sometimes over an hour before I was seen (even with appointment). Finally, I show up one time 15 mins late due to a misunderstanding and I knew the Dr (Lubna) was available but she refused to see me. I sent a complaint letter and called but never heard back from them. They treat their patients like widgets.

This place was absolutely terrible.. I went in for a standard checkup and I got charged for extra things that I never asked for. I specifically mentioned to the doctor, Lubna A Shabnam , to only check for what it covered under my insurance. She ended up testing me for things that are typically tested on infants amongst other things.

Pathetic excuse for healthcare, they care more about paper work and ur money then your health. They charge me for made up service that were not given. I received a bill from Dr Chaniara, Amul B, BUT never even saw or talked to him. This place is SCAM

Great front desk staff - super friendly. Awesome nurses. Every doctor Ive seen there so far has listened to my medical problems and helped come up with solutions that fit my lifestyle. Would recommend to anyone especially if you live or work downtown.

Very friendly and respectable doctors. Location is on the third floor, which is a little inconvenient to get to, but thats the buildings fault. Never had to wait more than 5 minutes in the waiting room to get on!
