In January I was hit by a car walking to my bus and got taken to this emergency room. They took an xray, said nothing was broken, gave me a 5mg vicodin, and sent me on my way. I couldnt walk so I asked my husband to grab a wheelchair to get me to the car and the doctor had the nerve to ask me why I needed the wheelchair. I went to Summit Ortho Emergency Care clinic right away the next morning. MRI showed that the ligaments in my knee were shredded from the impact of the car and I needed surgery. I was in serious pain and could not walk when I went to this emergency room...they did nothing for me except charge me $500...

Waited all night in ER, as hospital had no open bed. Patient was paid little attention, as this place is not setup to admit patience. Quality of physicians varied wildly.

They took care of me in less then 2 hrs, I got in right away and and the staff was very sympathic to my pain. They relieved it before the xrays.
