This dental office from what Ive experienced so far is horrible. And I havent even stepped foot into the dental office yet. When I first contacted the dental office to make an appointment, the receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional. She asked me to repeat myself multiple times, and it seemed as if she wasnt listening to me and was distracted with something else. She answered me like, "yah, uh huh. Sure." She definitely made me feel uncomfortable and not taken care of well at all. And then, in the day of the appointment, on the way there I was a couple of minutes past my appointment time because the location is in a weird little area that is very hidden and I got lost . I contacted them to ask where the Office was because I was near the area but could not see the dental office. The receptionist who answered the phone was extremely rude and extremely unprofessional as well, and replied to me saying, "well! its too late." Thats just kind of blew my bubble with this practice because of my experience already with the first receptionist who took my appointment initially. I hate dealing with unprofessional administrative employees. I am so glad I did not decide to pursue services there because Im sure they wouldve been horrible to work with for my dental insurance company. Definitely do not recommend to anyone because if the administrative professionals there who take down your information are not courteous and polite or professional, who knows how the whole practice will function. You gotta teach your employees to respect your clients... Or soon you wont have a business anymore buddy!

My husband and I have gone to Dr. Rischall for over 15 years. Hes the best Dentist weve had--honest (thats huge in this day and age), reasonably priced, skilled and does all his own work. If youre scared away by the receptionist, you either dont have a sense of humor or dont appreciate the realness of this quaint and personable office. You should probably go to one of the "big box" dentist offices where the receptionist will be more to your liking, but expect to be charged more for services you may or may not need. Well keep it real with Dr. Rischall and his receptionist.

I shadowed Dr. Rischall on one occasion as a dental student, and one as a resident in a hospital. I found Dr. Rischall to be very professional. He was timely with his patients and was very thorough in his work. He has excellent clinical skills and his patients were very satisfied with the dentistry that they received. I am trying to pattern myself as a current practicing dentist like Dr. Rischall. I would not only recommend him as a dentist to visit, but I would send my own family to him as well.

Dudes a little bit weird, and his staff is a bit unique. I got there early for the first appointment of the day, and I still waited 45 mins, even though the dentist was there-- I could hear him talking to someone (not a patient) in the back room. Then he did the cleaning himself, which was a bit half-done because he was extremely distractible. Weird place. It was fine-- he didnt hurt me or anything-- but I wont go back.
