I feel compelled to say the negative review of Dr. Colaizys customer service and care as a practitioner must a distorted opinion or an anomaly experience. I came to Dr. Colaizy to repair a crown that was the result of bad dental work 10 years ago. I had gone in with a minor chip on a tooth for a veneer, and the dentist drilled my tooth down to almost nothing. The dentist that fixed it said at that point even a crown would be somewhat iffy, he guessed Id get 5 years out of it. I got 10 surprisingly, but sure enough, when it did fall out it was not easy to repair. Rather than present me only with the options that were costlier and more financially prudent for himself, Dr. Colaizy discussed all the various options (implant, bridge, new crown, etc) with me, the downsides and benefits of each, and the best cost-reward ration option. At that point he made his professional suggestion while still allowing me to weigh the options myself and ultimately arrive at the decision with no pressure. I felt informed and engaged throughout the process, and certainly felt like he cares highly about the quality of the work. I will be going back to this dentist for all my future work, major and minor.

Groveland Dental is an excellent place to go for your dental needs. Its in a convenient neighborhood location, and the entire staff is very friendly with great customer service. Ive always felt very welcome there, and trust each of the staff members to do a good job and ensure that I have a great experience every time. Ive had everything from teeth cleanings, to cavity fillings and even porcelain veneers. Each time the service was excellent and very efficient. The location is in the process of renovating, and I think its exciting that the practice is expanding and undergoing construction to allow for even better service and accommodations to its clients. I would recommend Groveland Dental to anybody, and look forward to continuing to give them my business.

Worst experience Ive had at the dentist. Receptionist was average and respectful. The hygienist did a good job cleaning my teeth, however the sounds from the tools seemed extremely loud since there was no music playing in the office. Dr. Colaizy has no bed side manner, barely said two sentences to me. Seemed like he wanted to spend as little time as possible with me. I had tears in my eyes throughout the whole appointment due to the scrapping of the tools and not knowing what was happening inside my mouth when the hygienist and Dr. Colaizy was there - neither of them wanted to know what why. Definitely going to find a new dentist who is friendly and wants to know their patients.

Dr. Colaizy is one of the best dentists Ive ever seen; and, I have seen many Dentists over the years. The good doctor has always given me options instead of telling me there is only one way to do things. I think he understands that people are on tight budgets and hes not just trying to rush you out the door. Dr. Colaizy will definitely be my Dentist as long as Im living in Minnesota.

I really appreciate the quality work Dr. Colaizy and his staff do at Groveland Dental. Ive had several cleanings there, and Dr. Colaizy set me up with a teeth whitening kit to help me get the whiter smile Ive been wanting for awhile.
