I had not been to see a dentist is a very long time. Mostly my fear of dentists from a bad experience from my last dentist. I had a bad tooth the was in dire need of repair. I was able to Dr ONeil right away. My worst fears where put to ease right away. Dr O"Neil put all of my fears and anxiety to rest. he was very upfront on what was to happen that morning. His office and staff are also very good. I have found my dentist that I will now use for my future care.... Thanks to everyone at Highgrove Dental..

After missing an appt due to a 9+ inch snow fall last week... (my feeble attempt to get there included almost 3 hours on the road at 10-25 mph) I received a letter written by a VERY ARROGANT staff that they would not be able to offer me service anymore... In my entire life Ive never heard anything so absurd. So I called and was again treated to VERY ARROGANT and RUDE treatment from staff. My recommendation is Id steer clear of these folks... they really lack professionalism...

I am very impressed with Dr. ONeill and his team. Everyone is very nice and accommodating. They make it a priority to make sure i am comfortable and have full understanding of what is going on. The office is clean and everyone is very professional. I would definitely recommend Highgrove Dental.
