My experience was horrible.They dont take payments so I had to save for 3 months to get the work done. I made advanced payments. I went over the cost of the work numerous times. I had the work done in March and in June I get a bill for $400.00!! In addition, the entire time the dentist was working on me he talked non stop with the assistant never asking how I was doing! I had scheduled an appointment and called 3 times to make sure that I had a room with nitrous oxide as I am very anxious about seeing the dentist. Upon arrival I was told that the doctor working on me is pregnant and cannot use the nitrous. I checked and saw that a nitrous room was supposed to be assigned to me. They acknowledged the mistake. The doctor had the nerve to encourage me to have the procedure anyway. She said "its really not a bad procedure. Could I have it done anyway without the nitrous?" She wanted to be compensated for her time despite my discomfort. I do not recommend Park Dental for new patients. If you have a dentist you like there just be careful about their billing practices. I got the feeling that the dentist was on commission and had to do my crown without the nitrous so that she would get paid.

I went in for a consultation and cleaning. They didnt do the cleaning on the first visit because they wanted to consult me on what was going on, get my xrays from my old dentist and so on! I had some guy doctor who wouldnt even let me ask questions... so when I went to schedule my next apt. I asked for a different doctor!! They were more than happy to put me with Dr. Pipper. She was great, knowledgeable and very nice to me. She answered my questions and was very honest. I had a cavity (which I knew had been there for a while) well after the filling it was very sensitive for three weeks... so I came back in! They put a new filling in, didnt charge me and it feels great now!!

Rude dentist and poor customer service. I had a bad filling there that became loose within the first 6 months. I requested a different dentist, Dr. Ullman and assumed the filling would be covered at no cost but it was not the case since I didnt come in right away to have it filled. He was rude to me and had no bedside manner. He argued with the DH while seeing me.. not professional and uncomfortable for the patient. I cancelled the filling i had scheduled next and am seeking a dentist elsewhere. Grand Ave is not the place to go if youre looking for quality service and reputable bedside manner.

Wish I would had read reviews first. Very bad experience they are too busy to consider patients feelings, flexibility and communication. After signing your life away dentist came in made me feel worse than already felt being there. Wanted and should have left but felt had no choice to finsh. Dentist went over aftercare while I couldnt talk left room. Assistant just said Im better now. Reason stating my opinion been home in pain all day. AND IM NOT FEELING BETTER IN PAIN THANKS ALOT!!!!!!

Worst service. I have been going to this specific location since I was a small child. They told me since I had been in last they went paperless and they would consider me a new customer. After taking all my information they told me they would not see me because of the health insurance I have. I called a different location and they found me right away and booked an appointment. I would never go to a place that treats their long time customers so horribly.

I have only good things to say about this location. Over the past several years Ive been seeing Dr. Bieganek, who is kind, patient, caring and explains everything before a procedure and as hes doing it. He also has wonderful hygienists. Theyve also been fair with me in financial terms and have always explained clearly what the costs will be ahead of time. I have unusual insurance (i.e. poor) and they have no problems dealing with that insurance company.

Dr. B has been our dentist for 16 years. And here is why, simply said, he is good. Not heavy handed but even in his treatment recommendations. His referrals have been solid as well. He is respected by each member of our family, young and old. The dental work we have had done has been lasting.

RUN! Awful!!! Ruff not general and very defensive and condescending with questions. I wish I could switch out... but cant because they have to finish he started. (Dr. Ullman). Only part of office staff are compassionate. This is the place that causes reluctant follow up.

Have been a patient for 6 years. Have had one filling completed here, and it was probably one of the better quality fillings Ive had. Dr. Ledman took the time to explain what she was doing step by step and made sure I was comfortable during the procedure.

This place is way too busy to bother with customer service. The whole experience Ive had with them has been an exercise in lack of communication and flexibility. I will be doing my part to help with their workload and I will find another dentist.

They may refuse to clean your teeth if you decide that you dont want x-rays taken, and ask you to find another dentist. Just happened to my husband.

Friendly staff. Very clean inside, and it is in a cute area with a frozen yogurt place nearby to soothe your gums after a cleaning. ;)
