I am so glad that I found Dr. Shilpa Parikh at Vitality Chiropractic & Wellness in St. Paul, MN. I have had on going muscle soreness and Sciatica issues since I trained for a half marathon three years ago. I began to become very inactive thinking I had a herniated disk. My body hit bottom when I over did my boundaries when getting ready for my sons graduation party this year. I could barely walk and I had constant pain. Dr. Shilpa diagnosed, prepared a care plan, and educated me on how to keep myself feeling better naturally. I feel that words cant express what her expertise has done for me. I highly recommend Vitality Chiropractic & Wellness to anyone! I owe many thanks to her and am very grateful for what she does.

Dr. Shilpa was my saving grace on a Sunday! I was desperate to find someone on Sunday and was in a lot of pain. Not only did she help ease my pain she recommended a great natural muscle relaxer to help me feel better. I mentioned I get frequent headaches and she recommended something to help with that too! I drove from Plymouth to this clinic which is quite a drive and she even offered to help me find someone in my area.
