I met Dr. Katie at her booth at a craft show about 3 years ago. I decided to give her a try since she had a first free visit, and no obligation week long treatment plan. I had severe sciatica with radiating pain down my back and leg and had visited a different chiropractor in Burnsville numerous times with no relief. Dr. Katie uses a tool for her adjustments so it has none of the jarring movements I was used to in the past. Needless to say after the first couple of visits I was well on my way to better, felt fully better after 4-5 visits and still get adjusted by her once a week. I have never had any reoccurence of sciatica or any other major back problems, which used to happen to me every 3-6 months. Now my husband, son and daughter also get adjusted at Dr. Katie and for my husband who wasnt really a believer, but works as an electrician, feels much better after getting adjusted. He said, my body hurts, I can really tell when I havent gotten adjusted. Our kids seem to eat, sleep and have better digestion. We will continue to go to Dr. Katie as long as her office is in the area.

Dr. Katie really gets to the root of the problem and knows how to help. I started seeing her about a year ago for migraines and digestive issues. After about a month my migraines and digestive issues were gone! I am happy and grateful to say that to this day I remain migraine free & the stomach issues are gone! And a shout out has to go to Julie, Front Desk Receptionist for fantastic, personal customer service! They are a great team! I have highly recommened Dr. Katie to everyone I know!

I have to say this was a poor experience. I was charged differently that what I was originally quoted and asked to speak with Dr. Katie multiple times and never head back from her directly. Even after I had referred several people to their location, they were unwilling to work with me or take the time to answer my questions. Money seems to be more important than customer service.
