I moved to St. Louis from Dallas. I loved my chiropractor in Dallas and was extremely apprehensive about finding a new one. I decided I had to begin my search at some point. So, I began trying Dr. Sarah Geringer after hearing from a couple of people that she was a great chiropractor. Going into the appointment, I didn’t think I would find “the one” on my first try. When I walked out of my first appointment, I knew I had found our family’s chiropractor. Dr. Sarah is extremely thorough, knowledgeable, compassionate, and efficient. When I found out I was pregnant, I discussed chiropractic care with Dr. Sarah because it helped with my first pregnancy. She was thrilled to treat me as a pregnant mom because she is certified in techniques specifically for pregnant woman. My second pregnancy was so much better than my first because of Sarah. I get pretty bad pregnancy migraines, but Dr. Sarah was able to keep mine under control through her treatment. It was amazing because I rarely got the headaches and if I did, I would go see her and they would be gone within the day. She really knows how to keep a pregnant mom comfortable-my last trimester and lower back during it was way less painful because of her. My two year old son Mack has sinus problems. Last winter, Dr. Sarah said she could help him with that. Sure enough, she did. Mack LOVES her and actually giggles when she works with him. He doesn’t need any cold/cough medicine once she “adjusts” him. I put adjusts in quotes because for the little ones, she doesn’t adjust them like she does adults; there really is no popping sound or anything. She uses her fingers and a small activator tool. Mack only goes when he has issues and about four times a year for maintenance. Mack actually loves his adjustments. My 2 month old Tatum has seen Sarah since the day she was born. Dr. Sarah came to visit us in the hospital…how amazing is that?!?!?! At the hospital, Tatum checked out fine after Dr. Sarah’s assessment so Sarah didn’t have to do anything for her. Once we got home, gas and fussiness/colic became an issue. I took her in and Sarah treated her and we have very few problems now and a happier baby. I do take her once a week because after about 6 days, I can tell she is having issues with her tummy again. I think as she gets older, we won’t have to go every week, but for now, it helps her be comfortable, way less fussy, and whenever we go, she sleeps through the night for about 5-6 nights. Sarah is truly wonderful with my kids, I’m so happy we found her!!! My husband also goes to her and has experienced great results. The massage therapists in her office are wonderful. They are great at giving you the massage you need for your issues. The office manager, Melissa, greets you with a smile and is so willing to help you with anything you need. She creates such a welcoming and caring climate for the office. She really takes her time with you and knows how to make you feel special. From start to finish, this chiropractic office is remarkable. I would highly recommend Dr. Sarah to anyone, especially pregnant moms and parents with children-she is one of a kind!

I have to say I was a bit leery about trying another chiropractic office. Ive had some not so pleasant encounters. I walked out of one office feeling if I didnt sign up for $5,000 worth of treatment, I would probably expire shortly. It was very upsetting to say the least. After being referred to Smart Pain Solutions by my son, I decided to give it one more try. It did take me several months to take the plunge, but oh my am I glad I did. I was having shoulder pain that caused headaches and some hip pain. Since that visit, I have felt wonderful. My headaches are gone as is the shoulder and hip pain. I didnt realize how bad I felt until the pain was gone. Kudos to Dr. Bo and his staff, they are awesome.

When my lower back started hurting last winter, I blamed it on being out of shape and a bad mattress. Little did I know that my tailbone was completely out of whack and my back was a mess. After just one visit to Dr. Sarah I could lay flat on my back again without any pain. And after a few more visits I felt better all over, I was standing straighter, and I felt like a literal weight had been lifted off my shoulders. I highly recommend Smart Pain Solutions; they have a friendly and very knowledgeable staff, and you get a 15-minute massage by the best masseuse Ive ever had with every appointment. Whats not to love?

Dr. Bo and all the staff at Smart Pain Solutions are very professional and will take an individual approach to provide the chiropractic care you are looking for. I have been a patient of Dr. Bo for 4 years now and have experienced nothing but the BEST every visit. Melissa always greets you with a smile and will make sure you are taken care of from the time you come in for an appointment to when you have questions about your insurance coverage! Did I mention you get a 15 minute massage every visit! I would highly recommend Smart Pain Solutions as a Top Choice for Chiropractic Care in the St. Louis Area!

Best Kept Secret! Dr. Bo is always very informative. I have been to chiropractors in the past who dont educate me on the techniques they are using and what my body is going through, but the people here are really helpful with education and big picture treatment. The office is very accessible and the parking is never a problem. Never a long wait. Would recommend to anyone. I have been in for treatment of an injury as well as discomfort due to my occupation and during pregnancy. Dr Bo teaches me how to best take care of myself and avoid chronic pain from everyday tasks. Like I said, education.

After my Chiropractor retired, I was nervous and afraid to try someone new because I didnt think I would ever find anyone I liked and trusted as much. A co-worker recommended (very highly) Dr. Bo Andel so I worked up the nerve to make an appointment. I immediately felt at ease with the friendly staff at Smart Pain Solutions and after only one visit with Dr. Bo, I knew I had once again found someone I liked and could trust. This is my second visit at this clinic with Dr. Bo. I recentally had low back pain. I went to another chiropractor and they did not even adjust me on the first visit. Furthermore, they attempted to have me sign a package plan requiring me to pay a lot out of my pocket. Dr. Bo adjusted me on my first visit and did not attempt to have me sign any payment package plan. More importantly, my back feels better! I am thankful a friend recommended me to him and I highly recommend him to anyone looking to feel better.
