Dear Sarah Jensen I regret the fact that your office is not taking Home State insurance anymore. The reason being, how well we have been treated by you and your staff. Being a single father,disabled and raising three kids has not been easy for me, sometimes I fall short and am just not that good at it,especially juggling all of their schedules. What has made things worse is we lost our landline phone a year ago because of lack of funds and the reception on my cell phone in the valley where we live is terrible. A lot of times when we receive reminders we do not get them until several days afterwards, and calling out has been extremely difficult too< this is a fact. When your business manager asked me for the forty five dollars for late fees or no show I had a transmission going out , my house payment had doubled because of new flood plain lines, and we were really feeling the pinch. I do not have much to offer my children in the way of material things and try to be shrewd about how we spend our funds, I just cannot afford to do some of the things that others do . But what I do have to give them is my actions, God has helped me extremely with this. Because of Him I do not drink, smoke , cuss and we all work together up at the pantry once of month feeding families, ourselves included, that is one appointment I dont miss. But with you I have not only missed appointments but have recieved services from you above and beyond my financial means and you have always, always been kind and very helpful to me and my family. After an honest consideration of all you have done I am getting off easy with the forty five dollar payment. I am extremely indebted to you for what you have done for us . And would do anything for you. Brianna and Josh will be able to live their life better because of you. I am sorry, very sorry for the appointments I missed definitely a mistake on me and thank you for what you have done for us, you have gone above and beyond what you should of and I have truly ask God to bless you and your staff for all your help you have given us because you have blessed us! Amazing!! Been through many docs in my years and Dr Jensen shoots it straight, cares about the patients and has turned me on to a medicine that works, no messing around.. Been psoriasis free for over a year, couldnt be happier!!!
