We see the pediatric doctor here. I have found it very difficult to make appointments. I am on hold an average of 10 minutes just to speak to the receptionist. Today I arrived 20 minutes early for two back-to-back well visits with my 3 month old and a toddler. Roughly 35 minutes past our appointment time, I ask if I have the wrong day. I had my other children with a babysitter specifically for these appointments and had one more to pickup afterwards. I had to walk out without being seen. I just didnt have enough time. It would have been nice to have been told the doctor was running behind when I signed in. It would have been nice to have a heartfelt apology for being extremely inconvenienced. Instead I am told I can come back tomorrow. Thanks. I am not so sure I will... especially after pointing out to them that the child waiting room had a broken electrical outlet cover and they KNEW about it! I was told they usually just push the play table against it to hide it. Well my son sure saw it and reached out to stick his finger out to point and say "broken." How dangerous! It was a huge gaping hole out of the corner for fingers and toys. Inexcusable.

Its says they open at 830am. I have been calling for 15 mins now and all I get is a busy ring tone.....not happy. My daughter got 3 hours of sleep and Im pretty sure she has an ear infection, its Friday and I need to get her on medication before the weekend comes since they are closed. I love her pediatrician she is amazing however calling to make an appointment is impossible and Im over that

Respected, I never had to want long to be seen. My doctor care a lot about your needs and a good listener. And if she cant help you she is very resourceful to appoint you is the right direction Feel like a close relative you can talk to comfortably. Mrs.Hayes☺

All three of my kids are patients here and my husband and I love it the staff are very kind and friendly they are so very organized its always neat and clean and very professional my oldest kids are 6 and 5 and they have been coming since they were babies.
