I have been seeing Dr. Pozzi as my primary care physician for 10+ years. I have seen other physicians and all I felt like was a source of income. Dr. Pozzi has always made me and my health a priority. He always is very empathetic, takes the necessary amount of time, and listens very well. He is genuine and you can tell he wanted a career as a doctor because he truly wants to make people well. I currently know that Dr. Pozzi and Southside Family Practice are not taking any new patients and are unsure of when they will be able. This goes to show how great the doctors and staff are in this office. I highly recommend this office, if you have the chance to become a patient. Thank you Southside Family Practice for what you do for all your patients.

Im coming up on 50 and was looking for a regular doctor. I thought this was high time to get a doctor and build a relationship. Pozzi lost my appointment and couldnt be bothered to see me without a three hour wait unless I needed a prescription filled. They actually got accusatory about them losing appointment. I got to see a few nurses that explained what my insurance would cover. I just wanted to find a real doctor. Maybe if I had better insurance. Go here if you have great insurance. Everyone else should find another doctor.

I dont want to tell you how GREAT Dr. Pozzi is because he is the best and it is already hard to get in to see him. But that should tell you something! He is an awesome person and I hope I never lose him for a physician. That is the best I can say about the man. He is the Best! And he has the best nurses too!
