Im new to the area and needed a new primary care doctor for migraine medication and other medications. I made an appointment and arrived on time but they closed the doors and left the office because I didnt arrive 15 minutes early. I have never had a doctors office do this before. I banged on the doors and a lady finally came out to see what the issue was and I stated I had a 3:30 pm appointment but everthing is closed. I was told for initial appointments I need to be 15 minutes early. I said ok and that information was not relayed to me. She apologizedoesnt and took my medical records and stated someone will call me the next day. The next day a lady from the office called me and was extremely rude when I asked why a doctors office would not call to find out if the patient was coming before rushing out for the day. She said thats not are problem and you should be on time. I politely reminded her that I was on time and she replied do you want an appointment or not. I said no thank you I will pick up my records later today. I have never had a doctors office have so much contempt for new patients. Be careful with the staff.

Dr. Harms takes the time to listen to me as a patient and treats patients with respect and kindness. I have great respect for him as my physician and would recommend him for care. I see him regularly for various issues and he is always knowledgeable, courteous and professional.

Dr. Harms has been great with my elderly parents and very willing to communicate with me, their son, about their issues and courses of treatment. He is consistently on top of their care and has been careful not to over prescribe. Highly recommended!
