Called for antibiotic refill on Monday (diverticulitis) flare up. Just seen within last month, and have an appointment on this Monday. Was told they would call it in. Tuesday no Rx at the pharmacy, called doctor and they had no record of my call on Monday. Stated they would call it in. Had voicemail Wednesday stating I needed to make an appointment. (I have your first available already scheduled). Tonight I get the good news its been called in. The Walmart location doesnt t sound familiar. I call the OSF nurses hotline and they cant find Dr Klein. When they do, they tell me "with a laugh" my Rx was called into Walmart in New Jersey. Seriously? This condition landed me in the hospital OSF St Anthonys Alton for two nights in July. Currently owe over $23,000.00 for those two nights. $13.000.00 is room and board alone. Just trying to prevent being in the hospital with an antibiotic. Seemed simple and logical to me. It was also suggested if I felt bad to go to the ER. But I dont have another $23,000.00. Series of mishaps and Ive had this doctor under 3 months. I am a teacher and this is a grade F. Epic fail. Just trying to get a $3.00 antibiotic, but its in New Jersey. So I really should head out now.

Very disappointed with this dr. office, terrible when it comes to trying to get your medication refilled, EVERY month i have a problem trying to get my prescriptions filled. If your nurses cant even call in simple prescriptions then you need to find better nurses. They cannot be that darn busy to call prescriptions in !!
