We took our cat, Lupin, to Ark Animal Hospital for her yearly shots and to check out a paw issue she was having. It was a fantastic experience, especially compared to a previous Kansas City vet we had seen (who clearly disliked cats). Lupin is definitely on the timid side, but Dr. Denny and his staff did everything they could to make her as comfortable as possible (including using cat pheromones!). Dr. Denny diagnosed the paw issue and explained the best course of treatment as well as what to watch out for while she healed. I was so impressed with how understanding and thorough they were when it came to caring for my cat. Well never take her anywhere else!

I took my Shiba Inu to Arc Animal Hospital in Liberty for the first time a couple weeks ago. I LOVE their service and team. They do a really good job of laying out everything your dog needs (vaccines, etc.) and you can choose what you will do that day, very clear cut. The vet was wonderful. Panda was due for his vaccines and the doctor crumbled up a pile of treats in front of Panda while he injected the vaccines quickly into his neck, Panda barely flinched! Also I have already received great tips to get Panda comfortable with teeth brushing and baths! I really do like this staff and look forward to many years of service!

We changed our vet to Ark Animal years ago because we had a diabetic dog and had a friend that referred us. That first visit sold us! I will never take my pets anywhere else. I never worry when my kids are there, even overnight. They treat them just as lovingly as they get treated at home. They dont sugar coat things, and give us every option for treatment in a very open, honest way. They have helped us make some very difficult decisions, but I never doubt that they are the right decisions because they answer any questions we have. They are more than our vet. They are family! My dogs LOVE to go there!

I love Ark Animal!! They go above and beyond for our pets! They truly care and take the time to talk and explain things. There is one thing I wish would change, for them to stay open later or have emergency time available. I dont want my fur babies going anywhere else. Mimi was 16 when she passed, and she received excellent care at Ark Animal Hospital. She had been born with immune deficiency and gender identity problems, but had been a tough little fighter her whole life. The doctors and techs at Ark were very gentle and understanding, and gave her excellent care.

Most recently my Fur Kid had dental extractions and surgery. I was impressed with the caring follow up to ensure my Fur Kid was doing well and didnt have any problems. Only staff who care will take the next steps to ensure the patient is doing well.

Everyone at Ark Animal Hospital is awesome! Aside from their vet care, myy two dogs go once a week for Doggie Day Care and are so much better socialized because of it. I can walk them without them barking at people or other dogs. Thank you Ark!

Horrible experience! Dr Denney treated me in a cold, hateful manner and at his demand, I lost my cat and could have had more time with her to which I priced by taking her medical records to other doctors after her untimely death.
