Ive had cats before, but Im not an expert. When one of my cats started coughing I wanted to bring him in and get some answers. Instead of being able to talk to someone about it, my kitty was picked up and carried out of the exam room to the back of the clinic. Without me being able to talk to anyone about what was going on aside from a brief description of the coughing, my cat was given a shot, prescribed some Laxatone, and wrapped up with a $110 bill. Granted my kitty hasnt been coughing as much, but Im definitely going to be looking for a different Vet with a better bedside manner.

Dr. Melanie Prewett is a phenomenal vet. She has gone above and beyond numerous times for my FeLV+ cat. She has been glad to consult with other vets, to write referrals, and to call me when I have had questions or concerns. She even got some medicine for my cat through the FDAs Compassionate Use program, which required a lot of paperwork and time. Always knowledgeable and open-minded, I highly recommend her. The techs at the front desk have always been friendly, helpful, and dedicated to their work. They have also put in extra effort to help me out with my cat.

I called earlier today to find out the cost of euthanasia for one of my sweet babies that has arrived at the end of her time. They quoted me 75$ to just "drop her off" and 125$ to be able to sit with her before going over the rainbow bridge. Had I not called 7 other veterinary office (all with better ratings) and found out that they dont charge over 40$, I would have paid this fee to watch my baby go. To gain off of others pain is sick and awful. I was floored and angry.

Had previously used another clinic but changed because we didnt really like our vet. The doctors and staff are very friendly and were great with our sick Shepard. They explain all options and procedures very well and are up front and honest. I highly recommend them and will be taking our pets there from now on.
